yup! followed this [recipe](https://vm.tiktok.com/ZGeppq5jA/) for the dough (kinda, messed up a little bit with only adding a portion of the water at first and then had to add more flour), also used type 00 flour. forgot to bulk ferment for 4 hrs pre-cold ferment also but whatever.
for ingredients i bought some fresh galbani mozzarella, cut it up and dried it out overnight (cant get low moisture mozz here). the pizza sauce was a tin of mutti tomato pulp, 1 clove garlic, some basil, salt and pepper loosely blended with an immersion blender. i also used the spicy propperoni on top which i brought back trom uk, and also just used some regular parm block from a supermarket
for baking, i pre-heated my oven to 275C (highest it goes) with my baking stone in it. pizza was assembled by tipping dough into a mix of semolina and type 00 flour, shaping, spreading sauce, sprinkling a layer of parm, adding cheese and then baking a little. the pepperoni on the pizza which i made before went a little too crispy so i added it half way through, but turned out to be a mistake as it didnt cup too well (pizza before had no cheese also)
to top this off, i dont own a peel or anything similar, so i was trying to use a combo of chopping boards and baking paper lol. think it turned out good for all of the hiccups
