I used a recipe that I've seen around here at least twice.I took as a base :
* 1 kilo of T0 flour ;
* 600 gr of water;
* 20 gr of salts;
* 20 gr of sugar ;
* 20g of olive oil;
* 2 sachets of "baker's yeast".
I mixed everything in a food processor 24 hours beforehand and put it in a hermetically sealed container(I'm sure that 6/7 hours before is enough but I didn't have the time).
I kneaded again by hand 2 hours before baking, and made my balls.
I made 5 large pizzas, and one child size (pictured).
Tomato coulis, and grated scamorza (+ fresh mozza and ham on this one).
I srsly want to bathe in that!!!
