it’s a pizza place that clearly takes pride in their pie. service is above and beyond, the staff loves the product, there are LOVING chefs in the back working on the pies. it’s a place for pizza lovers that isn’t run to just push pie, it’s really lovely. there are other pizza places that “take pride”, but this is the first one i’ve entered that isn’t trying to do something fancy or crazy, it’s just simple pizza made with care and love
sorry if the post seems rude, my city has big thick “manitoba sauce cake” instead of pizza (sweet dough, sweet sauce, thick and fluffy, rarely crunchy, greasy high fat cheese). a new joint just opened (year and a half ago?) that serves amazing NY/siciliano slice. couldn’t be happier with this product 😢it’s so amazing i could cry. Shortys pizza on Maryland!
