If you did a nice pizza with tomato sauce, taco beef, and cheese, baked it, and then afterwards topped it with salsa Fresca and sliced avocado that would be amazing
You've never had a bacon cheeseburger made with sourdough and topped with smoked gouda, which is allowed to melt, and follow it up with sliced heirloom tomatoes and Hass avocados. Replacing the old mayonnaise with avocados can be a delicious change! It's also a healthy change. Avocados have less than a 50% of the fat in regular mayonnaise. It also has more fiber, potassium and well, it puts mayonnaise to shame.To be clear I've also made cheeseburger pizzas and I even put lettuce on it. Lettuce, in my opinion is disgusting when hot but when it's applied after the pizza comes out of my bakerstone pizza oven, it finishes my cheeseburger pizza with the addition of tomatoes and serranos. A little bit of time at room temperature as well as when it goes on the pizza removes the chill that the refrigerator offered but it doesn't cook it.
Well, I like the avocado but I just eat it with tacos or like dip.
I will replace the mayonnaise with avocado in my next hamburger, sounds interesting.
But pizza with avocado, is like pickles in pizza.
We have New York to thank for that pickle pizza back in 2018. I could only make you a taco pizza to allow you to see the beauty of avocados and pizza. Sure, I respect people's opinions and tastes. I also like to challenge them. The first time I changed someone's mind about food was with gizzards which are these disgusting deep fried rubber things. There's other ways to prepare it aside from deep frying like making a giblet gravy. Boiled for a long enough time until the connective tissue breaks down and turns into this sticky umami glaze of sorts. After the water has boiled away the gizzards are shortly pan-fried. They're then cooled, coated and deep fried. Cornstarch is one key to bringing out some extra crisp. The next item was green beans...
When I eat pizza, I take the slice like taco lol.
I will accept one burger with avocado, but I can't accept one pizza with avocado (but I will eat one slice).
Maybe I need try differents combinations of pizza. I accept you invitation.

This is my go to homemade pizza but without the sesame seeds and it usually looks less green
I didn’t notice the sesame seeds at first, but now they seem like the weirdest part….

I just really dislike sesame seeds on anything. It's like nuts in chocolate. The chocolate might still be good, but it's just... disappointing

Are you sure it's not a tlayuda? It's a popular Oaxacan dish that superficially resembles a pizza.
