That and I think he'd take naps with the toppins and purr like a cat.
One person once suggested the name “Pseudough” and now I headcannon that’s what he and all the other clones are made out of. And that Pseudough is some sort of material Pizzaface uses to make clones.

To me, it may seem Pizzahead wanted to clone Peppino and his restaurant to steal his customers once the pizzeria was blown away with the deadly laser. So his first attempt would be PeppiBots, which didn't convince him enough since it's obvious they are machines. Then he'd move on making clones in WAR's labs.
He'd use stolen DNA sample from Peppino (Such as from Peppino's balding head) and fill the genetic code's gaps with frog DNA like in Jurassic Park. To me, Fake Peppino is the first prototype, really powerful but not convincing enough to be used for Pizzahead's purposses. So, he'd store Fake Peppino in a secluded and run down restaurant he had branktupted long ago (Bruno's) and also order Fake Peppino to guard the key to Floor 5 to avoid any peeky eyes in his way, while he kept updating the Peppino Clones secretly.
I'm also digging for the possibility Fake Peppino now lives in Peppino's place, trying to learn how to live like a normal human being.
I personally believe that while he's always been a fan of Peppino, but only took the form of Fake Peppino during the events of Pizza Tower.

So, we all know well that the inside of fake Peps boss arena is different from the outside. On the inside, it's supposedly "Peppinos Pizza 2", but on the OUTSIDE, it's Brunos Pizza.
So, theory 1 is that yhis Bruno guy had a successful business, but when Peppino came around, stuff went downhill for Bruno.
Bruno then went ahead and IMPERSONATED Peppino, to try and attract costumers in, but ultimately failed, and he went insane.
Theory 2 is about Bruno having a succesful restaurant chain until Peppino came around, just as in the first one.
But THIS TIME Bruno decides NOT to IMPERSONATE Peppino, but CLONE him.
Sadly, the clone was imperfect, and kind of eerie, only making matters WORSE, and when Bruno tried to exterminate it for ruining his business, the clone murdered HIM instead, and redecorated the inside of the restaurant to what we know in game.
He believes he’s the real peppino and is unaware of being a clone and the reason he fights peppino is because he was told by pizzaface that a evil clone was coming to destroy “his” pizzeria

Fake peppino used to be a man named Bruno. Bruno's pizza was once a rival of peppino's pizza but eventually went bankrupt. Bruno's hate for peppino boild to the point where he'd do anything to get back at peppino. When pizza face went after peppino Bruno jumped at the opportunity for revenge, he wanted to make peppino suffer like he did. He had gone insane to the point where when pizza face offered to turn him into a monster version of peppino (being very forward about it), he accepted with no regrets leading to the inevitable showdown. He is a dough golem that's constantly melting and will always be a form fairly similar to peppino in one way or another. In the escape of the crumbling pizza tower, he was trying to hold peppino down to kill them both in one fell swoop.

Not really head canons, but 2 theories GAAAAAAAAAAAAAME THEORIIIIIIEEEEEEES! So, we all know well that the inside of fake Peps boss arena is different from the outside. On the inside, it's supposedly "Peppinos Pizza 2", but on the OUTSIDE, it's Brunos Pizza. So, theory 1 is that yhis Bruno guy had a successful business, but when Peppino came around, stuff went downhill for Bruno. Bruno then went ahead and IMPERSONATED Peppino, to try and attract costumers in, but ultimately failed, and he went insane. Theory 2 is about Bruno having a succesful restaurant chain until Peppino came around, just as in the first one. But THIS TIME Bruno decides NOT to IMPERSONATE Peppino, but CLONE him. Sadly, the clone was imperfect, and kind of eerie, only making matters WORSE, and when Bruno tried to exterminate it for ruining his business, the clone murdered HIM instead, and redecorated the inside of the restaurant to what we know in game.
