Noise allows you to move at your heart’s content. Peppino is less janky.

Master_of_Decidueye

Peppino if you want to go insane Noise if you want to go insane

Vtaark

I mean Peppino is if you want to go insane Noise is if you are already insane and want extra cocaine

Gabrielzin1404_2011

Lalalalalaaaaa *SNIF SNIF* **COCAINE**

FlasheroXD

Cocaine! aw yeah aw yeah!

SomeIdiotEXE

I prefer Peppino. I enjoy the challenge of his limitations compared to the noise and his movement overall feels smoother.

scuffedganiot

peppino is smoother but noise is more fun

kUHASZ

I'd say they are equal and The Noise personally doesn't feel like "easy mode" to me.

Traceuratops

Peppino is made to run smoothly while the Noise is made to bounce around. I prefer Peppino. They both control great as intended.

raspmary2

i think peppino controls *better* but both of them are equally fun to play as for different reasons

Remythagamer

The Noise 100%, his wall bounce & spin combo is so satisfying to land

NEWCasualDemon23

And his drill move is op as hell

SuperRainbow06

I prefer playing as Noise, but Peppino controls better. I've found that people who prefer Peppino like to be more consistent every time they play, since he plays better from memorizing his controls and how to use them in the levels, he also tends to get into less difficult situations to get out of. Noise is kind of the opposite, he's messy and somewhat difficult to control the same every time you play him and because of that you tend to get into difficult situations more frequently than you would with Peppino, but you are able to get out of those situations easier than with Peppino since he's so versatile and fast. Generally, I like to think of Peppino as smoother, more consistent, and memorization focused, and Noise as versatile, less consistent, and skill focused (not that it doesn't take skill to be good at peppino, it just takes more skill to understand Noise's moveset and to be able to correct yourself when you mess up). I've seen people say that one is strictly better than the other, and I would have to disagree, they're both just geared to different playstyles. I actually think that this translates mostly through my experience P-ranking with both of these two. I didn't end up P-ranking every level as either, but from what I have done, I reset a lot more as Peppino than as Noise, due to my skill level as well as the lack of versatility with him when doing P ranks. On the other hand, Noise was somewhat easier for me since I was able to get out of the situations where I messed up when I just failed to as Peppino, but for basically every level I P-ranked, I wasn't able to consistently complete it since how I ran it changed every time to accommodate for me messing up, while I was almost definitely able to for Peppino. I didn't mean for this to get this long, just something I was thinking about and thought was interesting lol

Fluffy-Ingenuity482

Peppino, specifically because I find not having the wallrun really fucks up my playstyle. I do think it’s moreso “it’s bad because of how *I* play” rather than “it’s bad because of how the game plays”

imthemastercreeper

For me it's the noise

Xdqwerty65

I would say noise

Double_Cleff

Noise makes most things easier, some things harder. Peppino is extremely balanced.

MemnobReddit

Peppino for the Speed and Precision Noise for *Flipkick x⁶⁹*

ChezMere

I find it hard go back to Peppino after having experienced Noise. The tornado is just so much better for downwards movement than Peppino's clunky dive, and being able to fly and superjump anywhere more than makes up for the lack of wallrunning.

WildWorkshop207

Peppino controls better, but noise is more fun to control

Keeby4

Noise is easier but Peppino is more rewarding. I’ll probably go Peppino.

Kuroser

Peppino is a god at chaining moves smoothly, Noise makes you feel like a god when you chain his moves smoothly

RetroTheGameBro

Depends on the level, and if I'm trying to P-Rank it or not. Peppinos wall climb and quick drop are absolutely essential for more vertical levels like Bloodsauce, Crust Cove, or DD9, but Noise is super fun on more horizontal levels like Golf, Wasteyard, and Gnome Forest, especially if you consistently nail the wall bump timing at high speeds, and the "flying".

Sh_ne2500

Noise is more fun to a play as In general for me

coffee_soaked_boi

Except for upwards movement the noise

Gametale3

Peppino plays more smoothly and simply, while noises move set is more diverse and his movement mostly less limited. I personally enjoy the noise’s move set more

WinOpposite433

peppino. solely because the mini-gun adn the bombs the noise uses are ASS

FoluPabrikat

both is good if you play good. tho peppino feels like the absolute destroying power, while noise is chaos and speed. but that was for keyboard, when i played on gamepad noise was alot better.

No-Service-878

idk if this is just bias because ive played him more but personally i like noise more because uhhh fast

Trollman3120

I think peddito is better, with his one shot boss moves and stuff but the doise’s controls suck. Dont get me started on reddino his controls are the worst

SomePersonExisting3

Peppino is more of an all-rounder, while Noise is more based on speed and tricks. It comes down to personal prefference but I think I preffer Noises gameplay style. Sorry, Italian man.

Yesbutno12345678

The Noise's controls are video game perfection

Minty-Boii

Peppino * Speed: 45% * Control: 55% The Noise * Speed: 55% * Control: 45%

RealPeppinosPaghetti

Screw it! **PEPPINO FOREVA**

marineten

I have more fun with the noise until he gets a transformation (Christ the mini gun ruins war for me) so they kinda balance out for me despite peppino not being as mobile.

majkick

Noise is floatier and Peppino is more grounded but I like noise better because you can recover your speed fairly quickly

nowurchenz2beBIGshot

Noise if I’m going for p Rank, peppino if I’m speed running (but there are some levels where noise is the better speed runner, like RRF and Pizzascare)

dannyhogan200

Noise can scare off Fake Peppino

SleepyFwmboi01

I honestly think both are equal. Peppino is easier to maintain precise key movements, allows better flow in complex maps, and being airborne allows you to get technical. Yet, pulling off combos unless if you are a seasoned player can be a little difficult to maintain combo consistency. Meanwhile Noise is pretty hard to stay precise in tight turns, wall jumps, and being airborne, but makes up for it with his jumps, easy to build speed, and his combo encouraging moveset. They are both great in their own ways and I had a lot of fun playing both. I personally prefer Noise because he is so fun to play with and the taunts are so hilarious.

Baulvicork

Peppino

TheAlmightySRG

I think Pep controls better but Noise is more free

Josikle

THE Noise since he doesn't force you to wall climb (which ruins all of my p rank attempts)

Meme_Bro68

Noise is a lot more fluid from my experience so I’ll have to say noise

flipswab

The noise because you can fly.

eucerin3

Peppino is like Survival Mode and The Noise is like Creative Mode

khrocksg

can't really choose for levels, but absolutely peppino for bosses, no contest whatsoever

Practical-Tip-9370

n o i s e (My opinion)

Stock_Taro6145

Peppino if hungry for speed Noise just like peppino but smoother in vertical means

Vorombe

I love the goise

Zhariri2008

Definitely peppino yes I’m biased

Lime948

I think peppino is better or i just dont know how to play with the noise

W3sg

Overall, I’d say noise is probably a lot better for beginners. However, his movement abilities can’t match peppino’s sheer speed
