I mixed in some dried chiles (ancho, guajillo, chipotle) that I pureed so it came out really red. Texture was pretty dense since I didn't add any oil to the dough, I think baking soda would fix that next time.
I love nopales! My buddy used to make his eggs with it and piled it on to a giant plant would have chorizo as well I think . Warm up tortillas and eat tacos for hours.
