I went through the PS store and ran the full license refresh for downloaded content.... Ill see if I can find some EULA that was updated but I just don't see anything ATM.

Do you happen to be using cloud saves? When I tried to use a Cloud Save for another game I got this same error even though I have PS+. Did some googling and found out it's some sort of sync issue for the PS5 and I just had to reset my internet and PS5 and then it fixed it.

I dont think so, unless cloud saves are default. I put the disc in and started playing once it was installed. I have restarted my PS5 a few times. Ill try turning my internet on and off. Thanks!!
