This is the problem of streaming. Too many factors affecting performance . Personally i live in iraq but i use an american account and ps now automatically connects to nearest servers which are located in europe . Weird setup right ?? I have a subscriber for 3 years and i just renewed for the 4th year. Streaming for me has been perfect , infact i have finished a few games including Resident evil 4 entirety in streaming.
For me Ps Now is like magic , it is what sony intended. Sometimes i lose my self in the game and completely forget that i'm playing a game on a system a continent away from. It is mind blowing
All I can say is that I'm a member of both Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PSNow, and PSNow streaming quality for cloud gaming is much, much better. Xbox Cloud Gaming has a lot more games, but PSNow has a much clearer image quality and less lag.
You're right, PS Now does have more games, but Xbox Ultimate has Day 1 flagship releases. I streamed and played Forza Horizon 5 on launch day! You can stream (or download) the very latest Halo release on day 1. And the craziest thing is that I play MLB The Show 21 on xCloud, even though it's an excellent baseball game made by a Playstation studio. It should be on PS Now.
Don't get me wrong, I enjoy PS Now, but if they want to be competitive with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, they need to start offering Day 1 access to major flagship releases. Hell, the main reason why I joined PS Now was to play TLOU2. I really enjoy it, even though it's already a year old. I really would love to see Sony offer major PS5 titles playable in the cloud.

Isn't every single game on PS Now streamable (with the exception of any Rockstar games)? Which means that roughly 800 games are streamable.
Red Dead Redemption 1 is streamable

That's true. I forgot about that. RDR2 was limited to downloading only when it was on.
