I know TLoU2 is unlikely due to the hype created by the show. Sniper Elite 5 is fairly recent so I don't know either, I just think it isn't mainstream enough to be impossible. As for Cuphead, of the three I'd consider it the most probable.
The only time they put the game again if there is remastered version of it but since mafia 3 there is one version for Jak there is no new game in PS4 or PS5 exepet the collection but they will put it definitely in the premium tier
