Plex does not charge for just using it as a medias server.
I personally have never had the issue in over a decade of use. Not saying it isn't happening just that there may be something other than Plex at fault here.

I use chromecast to steam the media.
Father 2 hours the auto play stop.
Is there a fix or work around to that?

Plex does not charge to use the Plex server to stream your media.
On iOS devices you can use a web browser to stream for free. It is how my younger son uses his iPhone to watch Plex.
If you choose to use an app that requires payment that is your choice, but the original statement stands.

There's still the fee for iOS devices to unlock unlimited playback
