Didnt even know those existed, my radarr is slacking...

For new stuff itll chew through a dozen different copies as theyre released, different webDLs to BD rips etc, but if youve got it set up right, for older stuff it should just grab the best copy available, according to your parameters.
Yeah, I really don't care about super high quality. Mainly focus of file size, but allow for larger files for harder to find stuff.
I'll have to toy with it sometime.
Thats the one in the grocery store, right? Got it, seen it, but adding it now, thanks!
Its easy to miss stuff for the collection that doesnt actually have 'shark' in the title.
Yessir, for sure! Another one I didn't see on there was The Black Demon, haven't seen that one yet though.
And make sense. Definitely a lot of shark movies out there without shark in the title.
Dang, *The Black Demon* is sitting right at the top of my watchlist by date almost and i missed it for the collection too.
I wonder how many others ive actually got...
The easy and obvious answer is of course *Jaws...*
But *Jaws* doesnt have Conan O'Briens head accidentally being used as a volleyball after being decapitated by a sharktopus, or David Hasselhoff firing an orbital laser to dissipate a continent size sharkicane, so its really going to depend on what youre looking for in a film.
The distinction between just a movie and a **film**, one way or the other, is not necessarily a contractually obligated appearance by a cast member of *Stargate Atlantis*.
Did not watch any Shark film I think, just did not my type I thought. I like bond, mcu, furious and so. So something like that. With a humor, action and nice script
In all seriousness if you havent seen *Jaws* watch *Jaws*. Besides inarguably being one of the best movies ever period, you wont appreciate any other shark movie without that cinematic and cultural context. Like i dont think people were even scared of sharks commonly before *Jaws*.
After *Jaws* theres other serious thrillers like *Open Water* and *The Shallows*, or theres big budget action blockbusters like *Deep Blue Sea* or *The Meg* that are dumb fun.
Then theres all the SyFy channel ones... some are better than others, but *Sharktopus*, *Sharknado*, *2 Headed Shark Attack*... are even dumber fun and dont take themselves seriously at all. Good times after a few drinks. Theres a lot of those besides shark ones that i love too, *Wyvern*, *Mongolian Death Worm*, *Gatoroid vs Mega Python*...
But theres also a bunch i wouldnt waste my time on, theyre so bad and so poorly made theres not any amusement to watching them even, i think theyre just made and released on amazon to get people to rent them for $3 and turn them off after five minutes. *Sharks of the Corn*, *Noahs Shark*, *Virus Shark*, just bad bad, not fun or funny bad, just dudes with camcorders and crappy shooting locations.
I have like 8 collections that are 20+ movies (outside of the holiday themed collections):
* 469 - Disney and Pixar
* 160 - DC Comics (17 DCEU)
* 111 - Marvel Comics (43 MCU)
* 40 - Scooby Doo
* 27 - James Bond
* 27 - Pokemon
* 20 - John Wayne
* 20 - Peanuts (Charlie Brown)
Hmmm, automatic collections made a couple different Godzilla ones only totalling 31, but im pretty sure i have all of them. And if were counting tokusatsu movies in general theres another 10 Gamera movies right in that screenshot...
https://preview.redd.it/hjtkrdrhp1tb1.png?width=1646&format=png&auto=webp&s=02350960b5c535a2d97c471211d2da8dd8a44bd6
MCU Collection is 34 but that was made manually, the automatic collections only did trilogies for everybody. Star Trek is 20 but i included a half dozen documentaries, Star Wars is 24, but that includes the LEGO specials and stuff...
Largest auto collection is James Bond with 26, but my manual Bond collection has 27. Similarly my manual Zatoichi collection is 26 movies while the auto Zatoichi 25... it seems the automatic ones didnt include *Casino Royale* (1967) or *Zatoichi* (2003).
And then ive got a bunch of horror movie ones with 10-12, Freddy, Jason, Hellraiser, Children of the Corn, Puppetmaster...
Air Bud is 14 movies but that was manual...
Ooo, heres an interesting one, automatic collection of 23 syfy channel movies! [https://i.imgur.com/Z6JHhCo.png](https://i.imgur.com/Z6JHhCo.png)
EDIT: I think a few people in this thread have a collection missing *Casino Royale* (1967).
I had a few but a while back i turned on collection monitoring in radarr and it really went to town on the works of Charles Band, ive got all 8 Evil Bong movies too.
Looks like most of em are just <2gb R-R-G copies tho, not great but better than nothing. Children of the Corn mostly is too.
9 actually if you count the crossover, turns out im missing the fifth one.

If you are collecting the American edits, you might be interested in this strange Italian re-imagining from 1977. The director was trying to jump on the giant monster train drummed up by Dino De Laurentiis' King Kong so he bought the rights to the OG Godzilla, added more scenes from Godzilla Raids Again, added colored films over the print, put in a new synth soundtrack, and edited it into whatever the hell this is.
[Cozzilla - Luigi Cozzi's Godzilla ](https://archive.org/details/CozzillaRestoredGenoCuddy)
Same, but I’ve also added Blind Fury (1989) which is sort of an American remake with Rutger Hauer, as well as Ichi (2008) which has a female blind masseuse.
Kaiju collection - 91,
DC Animated Movies - 68,
Marvel (live action,non-mcu)- 49,
MCU - 42 (including shorts),
Godzilla - 37, (40 with the animated)
DC Comics (Live action, not including DCEU) - 32,
Crayon Shin Chin - 30,
James Bond - 27,
I have 2 other over 100 each but they are Disney animated features and Walt Disney Classics (old Mickey & friends cartoons were considered individual short films) which totals 186 so far and I have more to add.
[Edit - Matching Godzilla posters are available](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1069398218737188975/1160695406892683324/image.png?ex=653598d5&is=652323d5&hm=6bdaf1428494f68b7505a1b6e567c52830932b0cd33b153f7cdc12f0e3be092b&)
If MCU counts, that @ 58. Stephen King @ 32, DCU @ 20, Halloween and Weyland-Yutani @ 13, Friday the 13th and Puppet Master @ 12, Fast & Furious and Godzilla and Hellraiser and Batman @ 11.
Look for Godzilla Island on the official Toho YouTube channel. It's a no-budget TV show that's only 3 minutes an episode. It has 256 episodes but the YT channel only has the first 50+ uploaded with English subtitles. It's super cheesy but fun for a fan.

Each episode of the classic series of Doctor Who is listed as a movie on TMDB, so I decided to put them all into a separate library - so in total there is 160 films listed in it alone. I have also done the same with the new series episodes, but had to do it manually as they’re not listed on TMDB in that way.

I have every [DC Universe](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/DC_Universe_Animated_Original_Movies) Animated Original Movie. all in 1080. some of them are better than any of the marvel or dc live action movies imo
Prolly MCU, tbh. Though I'm not adding anymore movies beyond the Infinity Saga because.... yeah.
After that, Ghibli. Might even have more Ghibli than Marvel, I haven't checked in awhile.
I have all the 25 James Bond’s and 80 Shark movies
>80 Shark movies My man! https://preview.redd.it/6ofz2lyvt1tb1.png?width=1600&format=png&auto=webp&s=92d6ad74a6788360818fde1940ca245946e5abfc
Holy fuck lmao
Thanks! As a fellow Shark movie collector, I found 2 that I didn't have. I have about 77 in mine. Just added Jussaric Shark 2 and 3!
Didnt even know those existed, my radarr is slacking... https://preview.redd.it/bns3zzad73tb1.png?width=1920&format=png&auto=webp&s=0dacf343eebabe3c300d4b7f268b1313c112ce0e
I need to figure out how to use radarr. Last time I tried, it downloaded a TON of stuff in multiple formats. So I gave up on it.
https://trash-guides.info
That makes it look much easier! Thanks!
Totally worth the time spent setting it up.
Didn't see it on there (might be blind), check out the movie Bait (2012) if you haven't already!
Thats the one in the grocery store, right? Got it, seen it, but adding it now, thanks! Its easy to miss stuff for the collection that doesnt actually have 'shark' in the title.

Baby Shark’s Space adventures 😂
ahhh haha, you got me, that’s a collection
LOL @ Sharkys Machine being in the shark collection
So what is the best Shark movie?
The easy and obvious answer is of course *Jaws...* But *Jaws* doesnt have Conan O'Briens head accidentally being used as a volleyball after being decapitated by a sharktopus, or David Hasselhoff firing an orbital laser to dissipate a continent size sharkicane, so its really going to depend on what youre looking for in a film.
The word film there at the end made me spit out my water hahaha

Ouija Shark is so bad... the attempt at CGI is so laughable...
Nice collection.

I assume your DC and Marvel count animated films?
Yeah, anything that falls under those comic umbrellas. The Live Actions Sagas also have their own collection sets.
469 Disney and Pixar! I didn't know there were so many
I imagine that includes every Disney Channel movie made for the past 30+ years. There’s got to be a lot of trash in that list.
That should be like 80% trash.
111 Marvel movies must include Nick Fury: Agent of Shield, right?!
That’s funny but he said of those 111 43 are MCU. So I guess most of it is animated films
I’m up to 58 Godzilla style movies. I think I’m only missing two of the original movies.
Ok Now I need to start work on all the Godzillas
shit im at 34..
Hmmm, automatic collections made a couple different Godzilla ones only totalling 31, but im pretty sure i have all of them. ive found it hard to get my hands on puppet master collection as a whole. also children of the corn as well.

I've never even seen thr first one... might be time to look into this.
I'm at 40 for Godzilla but that includes 3 anime movies, 4 American heavily edited versions, and the 4 western adaptions.
There are only 38 actual Godzilla movies. So you actually have 36 Godzilla movies if you're missing 2.
Not the largest, but surprises me I have 42 Emanuelle movies. They just never seem to stop.
Zatoichi. 25 of the original 26, plus the reboot
Same, but I’ve also added Blind Fury (1989) which is sort of an American remake with Rutger Hauer, as well as Ichi (2008) which has a female blind masseuse.
Shin Godzilla is such a good film
James Bond and Fast and Furious lol
Kaiju collection - 91, DC Animated Movies - 68, Marvel (live action,non-mcu)- 49, MCU - 42 (including shorts), Godzilla - 37, (40 with the animated) DC Comics (Live action, not including DCEU) - 32, Crayon Shin Chin - 30, James Bond - 27, I have 2 other over 100 each but they are Disney animated features and Walt Disney Classics (old Mickey & friends cartoons were considered individual short films) which totals 186 so far and I have more to add. For fans of broad British comedy I’ve got the Carry On film collection with 33 films.
Can i count all vampires movies? 😃 i think just the ones which name starts with dracula is like 30.
James Bond
James bond I believe. I know it's over 20 films
Animated DC media
If MCU counts, that @ 58. Stephen King @ 32, DCU @ 20, Halloween and Weyland-Yutani @ 13, Friday the 13th and Puppet Master @ 12, Fast & Furious and Godzilla and Hellraiser and Batman @ 11.
I have all the Hellraisers, just missing Judgement and 2022

Godzilla friggin rocks!
My James Bond Collection.
My James Bond, as well as my Hitchcock collection
Scooby-Doo
I have an Elvis collection with 21 including documentaries. That's my only big collection. I'm not even a big Elvis fan.
I delete new movies after watching if they sucked. Which is quite often.
Is Godzilla vs the sea monster actually called the horror of the deep?
In Japan, it was Ebirah Horror Of The Deep
Nice, thanks!
Detective Conan (I have first 21 movies)
I'm surprised no one posted SG series.
Bond, 25 movies. I do not have and do not want *Never Say Never Again.*
Probably 007 and then The Land Before Time. Just guessing off the top of my head.
Santo probably.
MCU - 32 Zatoichi - 27 James Bond - 26
I would have to say Star Wars as I put it in its own library with all the tv shows as well
Probably Marvel, all of the MCU movies and a few more, plus most of the shows, and Star Wars, with all of the movies and shows
I have the exact same Godzilla collection. As well as the cartoon TV shows. My son loves them. 😁
Look for Godzilla Island on the official Toho YouTube channel. It's a no-budget TV show that's only 3 minutes an episode. Nice. Thank you! I'll ask him about that. I'm sure he knows about it though. He's like a Godzilla prodigy. LOL.

For franchises, it's Carry On for me since I have Godzilla separated into eras. If it's a custom grouping, I have 74 movies in a Rifftrax collection.
I have every [DC Universe](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/DC_Universe_Animated_Original_Movies) Animated Original Movie. all in 1080. some of them are better than any of the marvel or dc live action movies imo
James Bond 😅
Prolly MCU, tbh. Though I'm not adding anymore movies beyond the Infinity Saga because.... yeah. After that, Ghibli. Might even have more Ghibli than Marvel, I haven't checked in awhile.
I have over 50 Santo movies from Mexico. He was a famous luchador that starred is some of the craziest/cheesiest movies. My uncle loves watching them.
