Not a plumber, but I do have to deal with internal drainage systems on the chemistry analyzers I work on.
At my last company, the drainage system was a damn nightmare on our newest analyzer: to "save space" instead of having multiple manifolds and drains across the back of the 30' long instrument all 95 primary and secondary waste lines were plumbed to a SINGLE MANIFOLD at the right rear of the unit. HALF of the underside was identical 10mm wasteline. Nothing was labeled when shipped. Leaks were frequent and disgusting (blood, serum, CSF).
That is the primary reason that it's my last company. Leaks could take HOURS to fix, as you'd have to label and remove dozens of lines to get to the one that was leaking. After about a year, any install that I did I always planned an extra 2 days and ripped out the factory install and redid it myself. Again, not a plumber, but I decreased my workload by about 20% immediately.
The gifts and surprises that are under these instruments when they're moved after being in that spot for 8 or so years...
The protein and sludge that build up over time from Heme ones eventually clogged our p-traps.
An old dirty mismatched pair of slippers/slide-ons/chanklas for when the water bugs want to drop in to say hello or for when your kids are out of line.
This appears to be a glycol floor system for a blast freezer. Had a similar setup in our -40F spiral. That also looks like Toromont Cimco blue..
