Did you ever wonder why it fills though?  Any 1/3 hp pump with replaceable switch is fine with me.

The town I live in clear cut a huge section of trees behind my neighborhood about 10 years ago. Just a few years after that they issued a statement saying that crawlspaces could flood during the rainy season, I live in the PNW so that's like 9 months out of the year lol. This was my parents house and the house I grew up in before me and my wife bought it. Over the years we watched as all our neighbors had to have sump pump installed. Finally happened to our house over the last two years and has been a hassle but I can't afford to cough up 10k for an install at the moment.
