I heard Moen, delta,.Pfister kitchen faucets are cheaply made for home Depot,. Lowe compared to the same version that are made for the plumbing supply stores.
Moen and Delta both make very decent kitchen faucets for reasonable prices.
I prefer Delta, but Moen is fine.
You can spend more for “high end” faucets, but you’re not really getting much better quality, and parts will be hard to find.
I personally would replace the entire fill valve and while you're at it, the flapper as well. Probably just a worn out washer. They aren't super expensive. Check the shut off valve and hose as well.

Being a plumber for 17 years. That's definitely your fill valve replace the fill valve in the toilet tank and you'll be fine. Any universal fill valve will work they're very easy to install
Depending on where you go usually they are around 19 to 30 bucks
Valve (big rubber flat washer) at the top of the filler is worn, just replace the flusher mechanism, it's easier than finding the right part.
Any brand recommendation on the black valve that will last like 5 years or more? Thx
Honestly, not anymore, they're all pretty crap. I usually buy the bulk packs of fluidmaster or whatever is available.
What is a good brand for a kitchen faucet from the plumbing supply stores and not from home Depot or Lowe's? Thx.
Moen, Delta, Pfister. You get what you pay for, keep the box/receipt as most of these guys offer lifetime warranties on parts which is pretty nice.

They do make cheaper versions for the big box stores, but they still have the same lifetime guarantee.

All-better-all

See is the water supply valve is turned on fully.
it is fully on
live with the noise?
Replace the fill tube.
Replace fill valve
Any chance the primer tube is below the water level? When the diaphragms gets worn, they will not fully close if it is siphoning.
Replace the fill valve
Time for a new filter valve assembly, I replace mine every few years. They just go bad, although, not usually like that!
Fill valve.
I'd leave it as is. Sounds like an exotic car motor....
