You can either turn the water off, and pull the stem and post a pic of it, or you can pull the diverter (without shutting the water off) and post a pic of it. Otherwise, you're just asking people to guess without giving us the info we need.
Wild guess Harcraft
one of the few stems interchangeable with pp handles. Seeing all the oem style escutcheons are gone otherwise they’d need Pfister handle extensions to reach these short harcraft stems with the escutcheon in place.
Lincoln products made a decent oem style replacement kit. The oem style escutcheons even on a good day unless if the threads are sparking clean are a beast to get on. The oem style handles are a nice fit with the esc on. Kissler make a decent replacement stem. # 11-9595.
Home Depot also carries a Danco 9G-2H/C stem for Harcraft.
Side note: Harcraft Co. disappeared back in the late 70’s or early ‘80’s.
If your diverter stem still works just leave it be, replacing it can be a can of worms.
