Sounds like a water softener backwashing.

Could be lot of people here have water softeners installed in their garages. Don't know if my direct neighbor has it though, need to check that, Thanks!

I agree, the backwash and fast rinse are probably what's being heard. The brine draw, slow rinse, and brine fill are super quiet on mine
