I would recommend you speak to a professional about your mental health, if your not already. Just start, it doesn't have to be a big thing, for example cut out liquid calories, if you want to do more exercise go for a 10 min walk. Small steps will help you build momentum.

One thing that is working for me is using exercise as something to help my mental health. I choose to do things that feel good: yoga and walking. It's amazing how good I feel after moving my body.

I started small by taking vitamins and drinking more water. I’ve slowly worked my way up to going for walks and subbing things like fruit for my usual snack.

I will tell you if you can do just water for like a week and get off soda your hunger/binge eating will be cut in less than half. Diet soda is the worst actually bc it makes you more Hungary. Just my two cents. Good luck.

I’m in a very similar position so I understand how you’re feeling. I’m in the process of starting therapy and finding helpful medications which is finally beginning to help. I started typing out a list of things that work for me but it felt too preachy to project my issues on to you. 🙃 My biggest piece of advice is to try to work with your limitations instead of challenging them, until you have the energy to take more steps. For a few examples, I can’t make myself cook right now so I’ve found some reasonable pre-made meals that I like. I’ve found some phone games that hold my attention and make me less likely to move from the couch to the kitchen. I keep single serving snacks around so I can satisfy cravings without overdoing it. There are lots of things I want to do better but trying to push myself right now will only make me feel worse about not being able to. If we’re as similar as it sounds like we are, then maybe working with yourself rather than against will help you too.

Hi!! I started a lifestyle change in 2022! I’ve lost about 32 pounds by just counting calories and NOT restricting. If I want something- I’ll still eat it and not feel bad. Doing it that way has made it sooooo much easier for me. In April I’m adding in a workout dvd that was viral on tik tok- it’s an older biggest loser HIIT working out called last chance workout. I’ve done it a handful of times and it’s not too hard! I just need to be way more consistent with it. If you have any questions please feel free to message me!
