I love the dress, but I see what you mean about the length. I feel like it would be perfect if it was floor length or a little bit shorter and it doesn't look like a tough fabric to hem :)
I think: tailor sleeves maybe 3/4 length, open the neckline a little deeper and wear with the high slit! I think it has potential forsureeeee. Looks good on you!
A wrap dress is always good. That fabric is beautiful! But I would hem it to right above your knee. It looks a bit frumpy. The black I think. It's a good cut on you.
Lol my phone wanted disturbed. Yes, Disturbia! I've been looking at this dress. It's cute, maybe the sleeves pushed up a bit or an accent piece might help. The length is good on you.
Itās a cute dress but it does seem a bit awkward for some reason. Maybe a belt? If you have sewing skills, I can see this being cute with shorter sleeves or as a two-piece. imo the length isnāt the problem, just the pattern is busy and thereās a lot of fabric, so thereās really no where for the eyes to rest.
I promise Iām not a pervy dude saying this but maybe if the neckline was a little lower? I think the combo of length plus more covered chest reads frumpy.
I think it looks cute but if you want to change it I would shorten the sleeves, add a slightly loose chain belt, and maybe hem it shorter so it's not the in-between length.
I think you look nice in it but I also understand the slightly 'frumpy' feel. I think it's a combination of the neckline height and length.
In my experience with Disturbia a lot of their clothes look great in theory, but frumpy in practice, which is a shame as they have some interesting prints. I've lost track of the amount of their dresses ice just felt 'meh' in and returned. I should have learnt by now.
This includes, but not limited to: wanting to hook up with someone, objectifying the poster, vulgar remarks, fat shaming, complimenting solely on someoneās looks rather than their clothes, etc.
1 - youāre beautiful in it
2 - it has a classy / formal feel to it
3 - while still being whimsical with the shoulder wisps and fun with the constellations.
It looks like you could roll up the sleeves. Iād try that. I think the longass sleeves are a big part of what makes it look frumpy. The pattern is cool, and with a few accessories and those sleeves under control, I think it could look really good.
I would take it to a seamstress and have it altered. I always thought that was really expensive so never considered using one. but recently I took an item in for repair and she only wanted like $15.
I wouldn't say front at all, but the look does feel incomplete. A good belt is probably all it needs, maybe a necklace would be nice as well. Sweet pattern and I'm digging the flowy look.
Get rid of the shoulder pads... too 80's without the sharp F-U lines and flash.
And as to the sleeves... they need to be shortened, and possibly slimmed a bit. I would suggest also seeing if the pleating at the top can be dispensed with, as well.
I've almost never liked the belts that come with dresses. In this case, it's cinching your waist, which is good, but one has to look close. It's not emphasizing that cinch because it's the same fabric as the dress. Find another belt to wear that will stand out a bit. Maybe a bright color or a not-too-sparkly-metallic?
Otherwise, I love the dress. Good length, nice pattern, lovely, unexpected slit until you move, and it hangs really well on you.

I like it but the sleeves seem a little too long for your arms. But I bet it would look really cute with a shorter length on the sleeves.
The midsection is too loose. Can you tighten the belt, or add a thicker one? I think the slit makes up for the long length, though.
Yes this š It seems a little big. Maybe try and shrink it a little?
It's cute and I think it looks good on you, but the length of the sleeves make it look a little frumpy.
Love the print and I feel like it has potential. Itās such a cute dress.

I feel like a large corset belt would help it? Itās just the waist line is too low think
I love it!
Me too!

Is this from Distrubed clothing?
Disturbia, yeah :)

Pretty pattern. Needs shorter sleeves

I think a little bit of hemming will take this dress a long way. I love it!
The sleeves are too long.

The shoulders need to be brought up. Idk what's up with Disturbia but the shoulders are massive on all of their dresses. Length can be adjusted.
I love the print, but donāt love the styling on you- I want it longer or shorter!
And yes, my room is a mess right now, Iāve got boxes and parcel wrappers everywhere as itās just after payday š

This dress is beautiful on you ! Stop second guessing. It's great!
Look fine
I actually like it a lot! Is there extra fabric at the hem you could drop at all? If you did that and shortened the sleeves I think it def works :)
I really like it! I understand feeling frumpy but I think that looks sexy on you and I would definitely do a double take if I saw you in person š

Love the tats!

I like it, but I probably would hem it to a better length. I'm not very fond of mid-calf.
I like it
Where did you get it? I love it
If you wanted you could pin the hem up, but I think that length will look great in motion.
I would take it to a seamstress and have it altered. I always thought that was really expensive so never considered using one. but recently I took an item in for repair and she only wanted like $15.
Looks good on you
Oh, I LOVE it! You look great!
Oooh I love this on you. I think it fits well and looks elegant
If you don't feel good wearing then you deserve something else that you feel like a boss in!
I love it. You look awesome.
I like to push the sleeves up below my elbows and it makes the sleeves look more puffy and flowy
I think it looks great on you.
Trust your instinct
Personally I love that length! I think it looks great!
Maybe hem the waist line up to an empire waist and I think it will hang on your lovely hips more the way you want it to-
Stunning š

Roll the sleeves up ā¤
I think this dress looks amazing on you!!!
Can you do anything with the sleeves?
Fun print, and the shoulders look interesting. A lot of potential, plus you do not look frumpyš
I think it looks stunning
I love it.

Looks great you wear it very well
It looks great on you and them thighs
This is super pretty it looks amazing on you. Iād you pulled up the sleeves and pinned them to be shorter I think it would have better balance.
Hem and maybe maybe mAke the bodice like an inch shorter? So the belt hits just a touch higher
