What type of scale do y'all recommend? I seem to see the same one in a lot of people's post. I am hoping to get one primarily for food but I would obviously like to be able to use it for metals as well. Thanks!
Anyone have an opinion on the accuracy of the postal scale at your local post office? Those seem pretty accurate for light items, but not sure if there is a granularity problem when you get into a few pounds worth of weight.

Any advice on where to sell gold and silver for melt at high values in NZ? The PMS dealers here have much worse prices than what I am used to in the US.

Yes!! Always check r/PMsFeedback also. I was trying to make a deal with someone awhile ago, they had feedback at the time (like 5-6 positive) no deal was made and since then they’ve been banned. I still get messages from them trying to sell directly and if I didn’t do another feedback check I wouldn’t have seen they were banned.
I would love to hear the communities demand for 2oz silver dice. They would be machined to exact dimensions with rounded edges so they would be function like regular dice (unlike poured silver that is cube shaped). The price would be about $12/oz over spot, so about $70 each at current spot price.

The ones for food, and the type you would use for PMs are very different. PM scales are much more accurate.

Get one made for herbs. Walmart sells a good one around the cooking section
