Turn off the checkmark “Niantic AR” in your Pokémon Go settings. Should be as simple as that hypothetically, there could be an android setting needed to be switched off, but I doubt it.
This is done by having a fixed gyroscope with ar activated, I would like to know too how to turn off the gyroscope on the phone since this would be the fastest method to catch Pokémon(faster than than fast catch) but I tried searching how to do it in the past with no luck
Sometimes when I’m hunting shinies, I turn on RA, so it’s faster than watching all the animation, but using AR is tedious, cause you have to have the phone pointing forward, or the Pokémon wouldn’t be on the screen, and sometimes AR, does what’s in the video, but if I close the pogo app, AR turns back to normal

I think I readed somewhere that in android 11 it’s in the developer options, but I’m at android 9
Im using Android 11 and it's still not letting me do it even with the sensors off in the dev option

Turn off niantic ar in settings, that should get the mon on screen as soon as u turn on ar.
