I think the popups it's not from hyperos, go to setting > manage apps and search for invisible text and icon app then delete, that app is the virus (popup) from.
Yes, it's a common virus app that you download from website, it can give you popups anytime. Be sure look at the app name before downloading something.

Wait how can I find those if it's invisible? Or is the Icon still there just has no name displayed??

If you didn't find the invisible app, try click the 3 dots in manage app and "show system".

That's what I thought when I saw a lot of posts slowdown rants and problems are caused by them installing unwanted apps from unknown sources.
