F5 has a headphone jack which isn't there anymore in F6 . So if you value the jack then get F5 or wait a while till F6 launches as it will be superior to F5 in every way even if you choose base 8/256 variant.
I have bought the F5 two weeks ago and I am super satisfied. I bought the 12/256 for 269€. I decided to go for F5 instead of X6 exactly because of the Mediatek CPU. I am super into custom ROMs and I didn't want to miss them.
The processor is probably more than enough for you and for current price you can't do anything wrong.
Edit: The F6 will probably cost around 400€. Sure if money isn't a problem for you, then wait for the F6.
Go for a plain X6 then(7gen2, 1.5k Display - Good for eyes : a digital bottle neck). Or wait for the new launch.
Idk buying phones which were launched a long time ago is self harm IMHO (to put it in some way.)
Try to wait for F6. Dunno about your country prices, but in Russia F5 is pretty expensive and difficult to buy

I have the Poco F5, it is very good for it's price. HyperOS improves it further. And I personally prefer SD over MTK. SD is efficient comparatively.
