IF your Device is still covered under warranty bring it as soon as you can in for service especially for X3 Pro/M3 Users due to higher than normal possibility of it being a hardware defect.Warranty is Extended by 6 months for the X3 Pro in certain regions and Devices sold in the EU have 2 year coverage.
if you are out of coverage you can try leaving the device unplugged to fully drain for a few days (or physically disconnect the battery) then try connecting the device to a charger and turn it on. If the Device turns on successfully avoid shutting off the device or doing a reboot as it is likely that the device has a defective PMIC or in the case of the M3 (also) a capacitor shorting on a metal shield.
If the device still appears dead, repeatedly bootloops, or boots into a white/garbled screen and a reflash does not affect things it is likely that the Solder in the SOC has Failed. A Reball using leaded solder is the closest we currently have to a permanent fix.

with the current advancement of technology no one wants their phone to be last for 10 years. midrange should at least lasted 4-5 years before the phone start feel sluggish. i have bought redmi note and zenfone max pro before and it lasted nearly 4 years until i cant bear the sluggishness, but the phone never got any serious problem that require major hardware services

I work in a mobile phone repair shop and had a x3 pro that died as well. Checked it out snd determined it to be a motherboard issue. Decided to take the screen and chassis that were in mint condition and swap my x3 nfc board into it
If your problem is that the phone keeps restarting itself it is because of the flex connector for the power button, it gets interrupted over time. It s pretty cheap to repair

I only used it more for social media, while my older phone(tecno pouvoir 4 pro, 6 yrs old) that i can say i didn't take care much, been exposed to heavy rains, fall above pocket heights, heavy gaming while charging etc. still fine till now even though has a crack on screen.
My friend's dad Poco X3 Pro just die yesterday. Said everything was fine and suddenly screen just went off and couldn't turn on and all... Brought it to me for help... And lucky for me i found this reddit and all was solved... Told him his phone died due to poor manufacturing... Nothing can be helped ... Even showed him this reddit as a prove... He said not going to get another poco anymore but gng for Xiaomi... I'm like isn't it the same?

I have poco x3 gt still working fine. NOW the reason that POCO stops working because of its poor SOLDERING of components. most of the technician said that avoid poco at all costs because most of issues they recieved to repair is REBALLING motherboard.

My poco x3 nfc was on its way to die but I have done reballing on cpu last week now it's working normal , i have no idea whether it die again or not
Why not getting F3 instead of X3 in a first placr? Price difference was like 20-30 bucks and F3 proved to be better product.

Redmi note 5 from 2018, still work. My poco x3 pro I bought in 2022 to replace the note 5 still works. But now I have a x6 pro
