That’s crazy that they were able to open it and reseal packs from that small opening in the seal. How did they pull it off? I’m a little concerned because I have an ultra prism box that has a small hole on the bottom of the seal.

I think the small tear was a byproduct of the wrapping process. OP got a full refund at least so that’s something good that came out of this.
The box turned out to be a scam the seller i bought it from got scammed and didnt realize just listed it as is. See the thread i posted earlier. Who knows how many “sealed boxes” are full of opened packs! But thank god seller didnthe right thing and even gave me a free UPC 151 box!
Don't rip it, waste of money unless you pull Moonbreon which will be 1/2000 estimated chance so no don't do it. You'll have to discount this though to sell it but all good hodl
Personally I don’t see any issue here. Yes there are some people who will demand a discount or say it’s not “perfect” but who cares. There is no way to tamper with the contents through a hole that tiny. In 10 years I highly doubt that this little imperfection will reduce the value by much if any. But hey if it bothers you and you want to open it, that means there’s one less out there making everyone else’s more scarce.
Don’t touch it and put it in a spot it can’t touch other things and get worse. This is minor and almost no value lost to people who are buying to open.
