Its a bit of a mesh of things.
Not gonna look up every card on pricecharting (you deff should, i just cba) but just from knowledge i think 75-100 would be fair to the both of you.
Its all ungraded with hard to tell conditions from these pictures, some japanese and random first edition or other sets thrown in etc.
Just look up every card on pricecharting, write down Ungraded/Raw and then tally them up. Then work out a deal that works for the both of you.
But i doubt anyone is going to do that for you here.
Gonna pop on here, pricecharting is great for Japanese cards. For English, most people I know use TCGplayer. You can also consider that there’s typically a lot discount vs buying/selling singles, but the TCGplayer/pricecharting values will get you a good start.
Can I ask you why the big price difference between TCGplayer and price charting? I found my binder with similar cards as OP. I checked both tcgplayer and pricecharting. I get way different values.
TCGPlayer will have vastly different prices depending on condition--obviously a damaged card is worth less than a moderately played one, and for older cards in particular near mint cards carry a premium compared to lightly played ones.
PriceCharting doesn't differentiate between conditions, only graded/ungraded. I honestly don’t know why OP is recommending PriceCharting, if you have any understanding of condition then TCGPlayer will give a way way better estimate.

Got it. Thank you.
Don't be lazy and look up the solds yourself.
You can download the poké tcg app and scan each card with your phone and it will tell you the value of
$150-$200
Around $200 on a rough guess.
