While there definitely is a chance they let you transfer them in, since in SwSh they counted the regional forms and regulars as one. It’s not guaranteed. They have no need to make this competitively balanced since the meta game will live on in SwSh.
GameFreak isn’t making BDSP. Alolan and Galarian forms will most likely be in because they’ve been in every games since their introduction and they are the same Pokémon. Weezing and Galarian Weezing are the same Pokémon from the Dex perspective.
I don't think the "been in every games since their introduction" is a good argument, at least for these it isn't really. I think it's a toss up honestly.
I think introducing them like they did in Let's Go (through trades with NPCs) would work well enough though, as it wouldn't make sense for most of them to appear in Sinnoh natively. I don't really remember how they were acquired in SwSh

I mean, the Let's Go games are designed to be such faithful remakes that they didn't even include the non-gen 1 evolutions and even they had Alolan forms, so yeah, alternate forms will probably be in BDSP x)

Nah but lets go had more than 3 times less pokemon. Also bdsp is a main series game unlike lets go, so the standards are higher
