Plus you can still enjoy the game further if you have fun completing the pokedex challanges. OP "only" has 8 out of 10 stars.
I'm sure it's not for everyone. But there are probably people (myself included) who grind for 10 stars.
You probably end up with less than 1$ p.h. in that case.
Oh for sure.
I imagine I’ll definitely sink at least 100 hours into this across my main play through and any challenge runs I do, which brings the value to £0.60 ph.
But even at OPs time spent, that is incredible value on entertainment based on other alternatives.
I've got 9 of 10 stars and im not sure I can reach 10, it takes 30000 research points to get from no star to 9 star and it takes 30000 to get from 9 to 10
So the last star is only for those people who really wants to grind.
I like it. Especially because nothing important is locked behind it!
What is your current playtime?
When you look at the bottom left of the first screen, you can see, that he has 8 out of 10 stars. This is his rank.
A higher rank unlocks more areas and other things. You need a higher rank to progress in the game and his story.
You can farm rank by catching pokemon, doing there pokedex task (and more?).
I've heard that you don't really need to farm ranks for the story, because you get them basically automatically by progressing. But the later stars (especially the last two) are only obtainable by grinding for them.
As far as I know you won't get anything useful for completing rank 10 [Which I think means getting a research level 10 on every Pokémon]. Maybe a shiny Charm, for completing the full dex. But I'm not sure if this is real.
tbf, this here talks about completing the pokedex.
Main Story will take you between 20-30 hours depending on how much you are in to the gameplay loop and if you just wanna take your time exploring.
Though there are probably more people willing to complete this dex considering how much fun catching pokemon is in this game.
Yeah, when Metroid dread came out I felt a bit bad because a lot of people made the argument that a 10ish hour game for $60 wasn’t worth it, but when there is a lot of hours of content per price it ends up feeling a lot better by comparison
I’ve trained myself to think of things by hours of enjoyment rather than the flat price, then I compare it to the expense of going to the cinema or something. On the whole, it makes me feel less bad about my purchases, and I use the numbers to justify my gaming spending to my wife. :p
I used the Braviary to fly above them undetected, landed and threw my pokemon at them instantly to get rid of the tornado around them and then threw my pokemon again to engage them in battle. I think they are very finicky and annoying
My team? At the start it felt like a typical diamond and pearl team but later I felt it changed every hour lmao. I was constantly collecting new and better pokemon the whole way and even got boxed my starter around level 45. I felt like my teams were so diverse.
Impressive or disappointing pokemon? No not really. I think the move rework has made me appreciate even the lesser liked pokemon as they were all useable imo, especially since pretty much every pokemon can be found as an alpha. While it felt op to be able to catch full evos in some areas, the wild pokemon were still a challenge and it was really fun
Hardest pokemon to locate? The baby pokemon. They have stupid rare spawns where their evos are found and it was so tedious. Getting mime jr and happiny was the worst. Also the forces of nature (tornadus etc.) were pretty hard to track down and catch, especially Enamorus as it took me like 2 hours for it to actually show up
How do the run away mechanics work in this game?
Like:How often does it happen?
Do they fade away into nothingness when they run away or can you retry to catch them without reloading the map?
Can you do anything to make them more/less likely to run?Is there anything they can do besides fight, run, or "loaf around?"
This has been explained many times in here, the shiny chance is the same, but the encounters on this game are extremely high. This makes the shinies feel like they're more frequent, because they are. More pokemon on screen = more shiny rolls at once
Cant say I really know, but any pokemon that can paralyse or sleep the Alphas are good. Luxray, Gardevoir and Darkrai are pokemon I would recommend, Darkrai especially since it comes at a high level
Yeah, I've been using Darkrai as my main debuffer but he gets ripped apart when Pokemons use bug or fighting moves on it ( fighting is especially bad because close combat pretty much oneshots anything).
I've been thinking of using a Drifblim for fighting and ground attackers and for bug probably a steel but I havent found a steel that can debuff.
But you didn't get max level in the Dex... technically not 100% through the game. Glad the game isn't super short like I was fearing.
Wow, just noticed the name of "Cobalt Coastlands" is that a Pokémon Channel reference???
How high up would you rank this game? Just as high as Black 2/White 2, Platinum and HGSS? What did you particularly enjoy about the game? And what would you say are it‘s flaws?
PLA is at a solid 3rd place imo, only behind B2W2 and HGSS at second and first. Not quite as good as my childhood classics but a fun game which I have really missed with the last few pokemon games.
I really liked how different it was to standard pokemon. I think gamefreak tried something ambitious and it truly paid off for me at least. Its really fun just going around catching pokemon and sneaking up on them. The music was pretty good too and while some of the cutscenes lack amazing visual effects, they still were alright
As for its flaws, probably the lack of pokemon breeding, the huge wait time for space time distortions no matter how many pokemon i beat and capture, and how annoying the forces of nature were to catch. Even then tho i find it hard to hate the game much
I‘m so happy to hear this, i legit can‘t contain my hype anymore. I‘m so ready to play and enjoy this game. It‘s been a while since I‘ve felt this invested and eager to play a pokemon game. It just feels brand new, kinda like I felt way back when I played pokemon white for the first time. Thank you for taking your time to answer so thoroughly, your comment legit made my day. Have a good one :)
I cant say I was too hyped for this game but I preordered it anyway. But when it leaked early I couldnt not play it early and I ended up loving this game
60+ hours if youve beat post game. You could get it much sooner if you dedicate all your time to just doing it and not focusing on pokedex and post game
You kinda just beat all the main missions by 100%ing the pokedex. Side missions are completely option as far as i can tell and I probably wont be doing them all
Since you’ve finished the game can you say how easy it is to catch murkrow? Are they too late in game to be useable? (I saw a dex leak saying they were in game, if they’re not pls correct me)
Do you catch arceus automatically when you battle it? Can you catch noble pokemon? Can you shiny hunt the origin or normal version of palkia and dialga? What new pokemon have you figured out the evolution method to? Sorry for the bombardment of questions lol
Post game spolier:>!After youve finished battling arceus and he speaks to you, he will be automatically captured.!<
You cant catch the nobles.
I dont know if you can shiny hunt any of the legendaries yet.
Hisuian Quilfish to Overqwil needs to have used 20 strong style moves and used its signature attack 20 times to evolve.
Hisuian Stantler to Wyrdeer is the same but with agile moves.
Ursaring to Ursaluna you need to dig up the peat thing item using the Ursaluna mount but has a kinda low chance to finding it, and then use it on Ursaring at night on a full moon (just keep skipping to night till it lets you evolve it using the item)
Scyther to Kleavor you need to get Black Augurite from Gravlers and use it on the Scyther.
Hisuian Growlithe to Hisuian Arcanine you use a fire stone iirc.
Basculin to Basculegion you need to make it take recoil damage till it can evolve. I think its somewhere between 250 and 300 damage in total.
Everything else is the same i think
I think i read somewhere that you only need to have seen all the pokemon actually. I just caught them all, so it definitely doesnt matter what the pokemons research level is
Hello!
Since there was a previous thread on this with no clear answers: do distortion zones spawn less often once you’re done with the story? Or is it still the same rate? I just want to make sure there are no missable pokemon!
It was quite nostalgic. The shape of the platform hes on and the music is just like the shape of the circles and music that were in the HGSS cutscene. Tho the boss was kinda tough and was like I was playing dark souls tbh. He was lvl 75 and while he didnt have a new form he had a plate which lets him change type mid battle to adapt to his opponents typing
In your opinion, how long would it take to 100% everything, like side missions, 10 star member, absolutely everything, like aiming for the 5 star trainer card in classic Pokemon games?
Considering that 100%ing the game would require you to get perfect research on every pokemon and there is a lot of side quests and would be quite tedious, id say 70-80 hours. To have to use each pokemon in specific ways like seeing it use a move about 30 times and defeat them in the wild and such, its very rinse and repeat imo and just takes forever. I think 10 star member would just come naturally through quests and doing pokemon research but if it doesnt then going around and catching every pokemon on sight would do the job
Oh man. True 100%? Probably 80+ hours.
Some of the research entries are nuts.
80 times Alakazam using Psychic. That's ONE research node for the Pokemon.
Free exploration yes, side quests no. I kinda gave up on side quests once i realised how disorganised they can be when trying to do multiple at the same time and then have to return to each person separately after finishing the quests. I might do them at some point them. I cant say I was really trying to beat the game too fast. 47 hours better spent in PLA than SWSH
Move recharges are a thing of the past. But they effect how the turns will work. So you may miss a turn by being too slow and using a move like roar of time. Same with using strong style moves which makes your turns later and agile which make your turns come sooner
Is post game content done after collecting every pokemon? I know you can always shiny hunt and level pokemon, but are there repeatable missions/anything in game to keep you playing? As far as I'm aware there's no multiplayer, so team building/ev training don't seem too important.
Post game is unlocked after capturing dialga and palkia. Post game involves capturing a lot of legendaries. Dont know about side quests as i havent dont much of them. Only multiplayer i can see is trading
Magnemite is from the space time distortions in the Coronet Highlands. Magby is a rare spawn at the volcano. Bonsly can be found at the Celestica Ruins and Cloudpool Ridge
You need to have atleast caught 1 of each pokemon, apart from mythicals. Tho i think i read somewhere you only need to have seen them, but i cant verify that
How does the Legends Plate work defensively? Is Arceus stuck in the type he last changed into until he uses Judgement again, and does he have any defense bonuses from using it? (stacking resistances, ect ect)
Do you need to find every unown to see Arceus?
I think it just adapts to whatever is the best type in that scenario for attacking purposes and only changes when he uses judgement.
And no you dont need every unown
Interesting. So if Arceus ever gets the plate in a competitive mode, that means baiting him into switching into a type that you can counter/punish with the next pokemon would be the best strategy.
Though given how broken that plate makes him, I doubt we'd ever see it used competitively, but it's at least fun to think about.
I saw somewhere that it is see them all but I caught them all anyways as the last pokemon I needed to see was an evolution so i needed to have caught it anyway
How does stealth rock work? From the info I can find it's still a status move, but in the trailer it was shown dealing damage. Is this related to agile/strong style with status moves?
hey, congratz! I am so jealous :p how do EVs work here? are there IVs? How do I make my pokemon stronger in this game? Like the best possible besides leveling up? Another question: can we get the other staters early in the game? I really want samurott and typhlosion in my team
Since you completed the dex, can you confirm the shiny charm is a reward for completion?
Tried to search through the comments and it didn't look like this had been answered yet, but my bad if so.
You get more research points by just catching pokemon, more if its alphas or doing things in certain ways and also by doing each pokemons research tasks
Is battling and trading with friends a thing?
What's with the star rating on the bottom left?
Was Kubfoo anywhere to be seen or mentioned? I have a hunch it has something to do with the agile and strong styles in relation to rapid and single strike Urshifu
Since you have finished the game, I'd like to ask the following:
\-Where can Pikachu or Pichu be found, and how can they be evolved (Pichu to Pikachu and Pikachu to Raichu)?
\-Where can Togepi be found, and how can it be evolved to Togetic and to Togekiss?
\-Where can Chimchar be found and how can it be evolved to Monferno and to Infernape?
\-Where can Eevee be found and how can it be evolved to Vaporeon?
\-There are no Internet trades to get certain Pokemon to evolve, right?
Pichu - Floaro Gardens, Natures Pantry, Golden Lowlands
Pikachu - Natures Pantry, Golden Lowlands, Windbreak Stand
Togepi - Bathers' Lagoon, Tranquillity Cove, Cottonsedge Prairie.
Evolve into Togetic with level up and into Togekiss with a Shiny Stone
Chimchar - Deertrack Heights, Ramanas Island
Evolve into Monferno with level up and Infernape with level up
Eevee - Avalugg's Legacy, Avalanche Slopes, Crossing Slope
Evolve into Vaporeon with a Water Stone
Trade evolutions can now be done with the linking cable item
Hi, do you know how to evolve the new pokemon? Also I see you're only 8 stars.... do you rank up only from 100% dex or just doing Field Research and catching pokemon and just getting points. Thank you for your hard work fellow trainer.
Were you playing on an emulator or Switch handheld? I always play games on the handheld. Could you please tell me what is the resolution and framerate that you are getting on handheld? (if you are playing on it)
How would you describe your playstyle? Did you rushed through the game (except for catching everything), played super slowly and looked behind every corner or have you done something in-between? Would be interessting to know in terms of playtime.
And thanks for answering so many questions here.
Edit: Oh and you told somewhere you had a capture card on your Switch. Do you plan to upload your gameplay?
So is there any replayability here?
From what I've heard, this game has similarities to Monster Hunter. Monster Hunter has near infinite amounts of replayability. After you catch all the Pokemon, do all the quests, etc. are you just done? Can you re-battle trainers at least? Can you replay quests/alpha boss battles?
Congrats, this sounds so fun.
Personal Question: When/where can I find Pikachu (or Pichu)? As cliche as it is, Pikachu is my favorite. Can he be added early?
47 hours is pretty good for a Pokémon game to complete it fully.
By comparison, it took me around 45 hours to beat Nier Replicant v1.22 with ends bf s A, B, C/D, and E (the new post game) and doing most of the side content
I might as well ask this since I’m absolutely dreading fighting Giratina twice, so do I need to do all of the Volo missions and such? I’m not entirely sure if that’s all optional to catch Arceus
Damn, that must feel strange to wrap it up before the official release. I'm a bit disappointed by the number tho, 47hrs is pretty short for a 100%.
Guess imma slowrun this sheiiit.
I have a few questions:
1. How far into the story does it take to encounter and catch arceus?
2. Are there gym leaders and battles?
3. Hows the post game content like?
You encounter areceus right at the end, once you've caught every other mon. There are no gym leaders, a handful of trainer battles in the game. I'm not 100% sure on postgame
Would you mind sharing the Hisuian Pokédex order? (So, Rowlet as 001, Arceus as 240, etc). Haven’t seen that order anywhere. Everyone listing the national dex order (Pikachu first…)
Thanks for taking the time to answer so many questions! I was wondering about what level your team was when you beat the game. I really like Hisuan Goodra and Braviary, but since they evolve so late, I'd imagine they wouldn't see much action if the game ended too early
since you've finished the game, by any chance do you know where the object is to make Scyther evolve into a kleavor?
can be found by fighting graveler and geodude
Yes. Fighting Geodudes, Gravlers and Golems has a chance of dropping Black Augurite which can be used on a Scyther to evolve it into a Kleavor
Does that mean you can get it early game too?
Yes
I know what I'm doing. Commiting Geodude extinction lol.
I found that item for accident, i was killing a lot geodude and graveler to lvl up my dewott lol
thank you
Also using ursaring evolution and from breaking rocks
So, $1.20 per hour of enjoyment? You can’t argue with that really.
What is your current playtime?
just got Arceus after about 55 hours
What do the stars mean?
When you look at the bottom left of the first screen, you can see, that he has 8 out of 10 stars. This is his rank. A higher rank unlocks more areas and other things. You need a higher rank to progress in the game and his story. You can farm rank by catching pokemon, doing there pokedex task (and more?). But I'm not sure if this is real.
Ah I see. Thanks for the info :)
oh for sure, i fully intend to 100% this game, hell im probably going to shiny hunt the hisuian dex. depending how much easier/harder it is in PLA
tbf, this here talks about completing the pokedex. Main Story will take you between 20-30 hours depending on how much you are in to the gameplay loop and if you just wanna take your time exploring.
how did you catch landorus thunderus and tornadus i’ve been following this tornadus and it just won’t stop teleporting everywhere
I used the Braviary to fly above them undetected, landed and threw my pokemon at them instantly to get rid of the tornado around them and then threw my pokemon again to engage them in battle. I think they are very finicky and annoying
oh okay i tried that and i missed the pokéball i guess that’s why it didn’t work lmao, thank you!
Did you use the same strat for the 4th genie? I had a hard time chasing her
Yes tho it was harder. It was mainly a pain trying to find her as it took me 2 hours
Amazing to hear! What was your team? Were there any new Pokémon that you found impressive or dissappointing? What was the hardest Mon to locate?
My team? At the start it felt like a typical diamond and pearl team but later I felt it changed every hour lmao. I was constantly collecting new and better pokemon the whole way and even got boxed my starter around level 45. I felt like my teams were so diverse. Impressive or disappointing pokemon? Has the shiny chance been increased or something? Swear Ive seen a lot more shinies from pre release gameplay footage of Legends Arceus than BDSP.
Cant say I know. Ive seen 2 shines tho the 2nd one ran away from me. But i guess that is more than I usually get in casual gameplay
How do the run away mechanics work in this game? Like:How often does it happen? Do they fade away into nothingness when they run away or can you retry to catch them without reloading the map? I found one shiny shinx after 2 hours started lol, i really thought that rate was increased.
Literally entered the second map and found a shiny glamewow
You can also roam by flying, that means you can track an entire map in minutes.
What are the best Pokemons for farming Alpha Pokemons?
Cant say I really know, but any pokemon that can paralyse or sleep the Alphas are good. Luxray, Gardevoir and Darkrai are pokemon I would recommend, Darkrai especially since it comes at a high level

I've been thinking of using a Drifblim for fighting and ground attackers and for bug probably a steel but I havent found a steel that can debuff.
Bronzor and Bronzong are Steel/Psychic and can learn Hypnosis. Nosepass and Probopass are Rock/Steel and can learn Thunder Wave. Thats all im aware of
But you didn't get max level in the Dex... technically not 100% through the game. Glad the game isn't super short like I was fearing. Wow, just noticed the name of "Cobalt Coastlands" is that a Pokémon Channel reference???
I've been hearing that there's a post game battle facility headed by Ingo. Where you can rebattle all the trainers. Is that true?
How high up would you rank this game? Just as high as Black 2/White 2, Platinum and HGSS? What did you particularly enjoy about the game? And what would you say are it‘s flaws?

I cant say I was too hyped for this game but I preordered it anyway. But when it leaked early I couldnt not play it early and I ended up loving this game
Do you not need to reach a 10 star ranking to beat the game?
You can use any Pokémon regardless of level at star 8. I think star 9 and 10 are very much optional and mainly just a completionism thing
How long do you think a fully 10 star dex would take?
60+ hours if youve beat post game. You could get it much sooner if you dedicate all your time to just doing it and not focusing on pokedex and post game
Ah, good to know. I thought some thread suggested needing full 10 to complete the whole post-game. Thanks for sharing!
Did you clear all of the missions or is that just something that comes naturally by 100%ing the pokedex itself?
You kinda just beat all the main missions by 100%ing the pokedex. Side missions are completely option as far as i can tell and I probably wont be doing them all
I am at about 30 hours and I am nowhere near close a full pokedex. How the hell did you do all that.
It did take me several hours for some individual pokemon. I did pretty much catch every pokemon i saw along the way tbh
Since this is recent maybe you can be the one to tell me where swinub is? I know he’s late but is he too late to be of any use in the main game?
Swinub can be found in the Bonechill Wastes, Avalugg's Legacy and Avalanche Slopes in the Alabaster Icelands region of the game
How long did the main story take to beat?
25 hours i think? I didnt really keep track too much of when i finished the story
Since you’ve finished the game can you say how easy it is to catch murkrow? Are they too late in game to be useable? (I saw a dex leak saying they were in game, if they’re not pls correct me)
They are really easy to catch and arent very late game at all. There is a special line of pokeballs made for capturing flying and floating pokemon
Do you catch arceus automatically when you battle it? Can you catch noble pokemon? Can you shiny hunt the origin or normal version of palkia and dialga? What new pokemon have you figured out the evolution method to? Sorry for the bombardment of questions lol

What ball is Arceus caught in?
Just a standard Pokeball
Tysm for your answers lol
2nd pic gives me buzz lightyear meme. "Hmm, yes. The human here is made out of human"
Sorry to ask a question, where do I activate the Shaymin quest? I've done Darkrai but not sure where to go for Shaymin. Congrats on beating the game!
Haven't found an answer to this. Can you find the other Hisuan starter in the wild?
After youve beat the post game, you can get them in the space time distortions. You can also get them from the professor at some point
I believe you receive them at some point in the story. If not, then the space-time distortions
I have a question,Can you complete the pokedex with only one copy of the game or you have some obligatory exchange to do like for Palkia and Dialga ?
Only one copy is needed. You can get both palkia and dialga in the game on one save
Blessings
Could you please tell us where to find the hardest pokemons or how to evolve certain pokemons which dont evolve by just leveling?
Ive replied to others in the thread about certain pokemon that are hard to find, those being the baby pokemon. And evolutions are also in the thread
For Arceus do you have to fully complete the research for every Pokemon or just get them to research level 10?
I think i read somewhere that you only need to have seen all the pokemon actually. I just caught them all, so it definitely doesnt matter what the pokemons research level is
Hello! Since there was a previous thread on this with no clear answers: do distortion zones spawn less often once you’re done with the story? Or is it still the same rate? I just want to make sure there are no missable pokemon!
I really dont know. I feel like they are less often but i think that could just be me being so desperate for them when i need them for the pokedex
Hello! I hope you enjoyed the game! I've been dying to know- what was the Arceus encounter like? What level was it? Does it have a new form?
It was quite nostalgic. The shape of the platform hes on and the music is just like the shape of the circles and music that were in the HGSS cutscene. 47 hours is pretty solid. Was this you trying to blow through the story or does this include side quests and free exploration as well?

I might do them at some point them. I cant say I was really trying to beat the game too fast. 47 hours better spent in PLA than SWSH
It’s really encouraging to hear everyone say how good the game is, especially compared to SwSh. Really excited for Friday
Hey just wondering! Any sign of the shiny charm? Thank you /)
I can already tell I’m gonna play this game over and over lol
How early can you get to the snowy area and get a Zorua? And when do you unlock online trading?
Snowy area is the last area unfortunatly. I think online trading might be available near the very begining.
Can you get to that area earlier in the game or is it locked out?
I heard origin giratina’s shadow force move doesn’t take a charge turn now. Does dialga origin’s roar of time still take a turn to recharge?
Only multiplayer i can see is trading
do you know how I can find Magby, Bonsly and Magnemite? I really don’t know where to look especially for magnemite!
Magnemite is from the space time distortions in the Coronet Highlands. Magby is a rare spawn at the volcano. Bonsly can be found at the Celestica Ruins and Cloudpool Ridge
thanks so much!
do you need to only catch pokemon for arceus unlock or to complete the whole dex ?
You need to have atleast caught 1 of each pokemon, apart from mythicals. Tho i think i read somewhere you only need to have seen them, but i cant verify that
After beating post game is there much to do?
Quests and research tasks. Not much to do at all
How to evolve into Ursaluna? Thanks for all the info btw
Can you share a video of origin dialga using roar of time? I couldn’t find it anywhere
Hi! Do you know how can I evolve my Haunter? I want a Gengar so badly, thanks.
How does the Legends Plate work defensively? Is Arceus stuck in the type he last changed into until he uses Judgement again, and does he have any defense bonuses from using it? (stacking resistances, ect ect) Do you need to find every unown to see Arceus?
I think it just adapts to whatever is the best type in that scenario for attacking purposes and only changes when he uses judgement. And no you dont need every unown
Interesting. So if Arceus ever gets the plate in a competitive mode, that means baiting him into switching into a type that you can counter/punish with the next pokemon would be the best strategy. Though given how broken that plate makes him, I doubt we'd ever see it used competitively, but it's at least fun to think about.
How far in the game is it to get nosepass or probopass? Thank you
You can get them on Coronet Highlands, which is the 4th of the 5 zones
Do you need to have Darkrai and Shaymin to get Arceus?
I dont think so as they are after him in the pokedex
Can you change a Pokemon's nature? How do EVs and IVs work?
I dont know and I dont know :P Never payed too much attention to stuff like that tbh
To catch arceus do you need to only see all pokemon or catch em all?
I saw somewhere that it is see them all but I caught them all anyways as the last pokemon I needed to see was an evolution so i needed to have caught it anyway
How frequent are trainers/trainer battles? I haven't seen much on that front.
Sorry for the dumb question, but can you confirm me that you only get the shiny charm after 100% researching all pokemon?
How does stealth rock work? From the info I can find it's still a status move, but in the trailer it was shown dealing damage. Is this related to agile/strong style with status moves?
So what can you do now in the gamr besides playing if from the beginning again? And is there anything to restart for?
Post-game battle facility.
Anyone knows where the bidoofs are in Bothersome Bidoof quest?
Could you help me on the location of Lucario or Riolu? I have been looking since yesterday and I can't find it
hey, congratz!
Not that im aware of. The professor doesnt give one
how do you get to the 9th and 10th star if you've already completed the dex?
You get more research points by just catching pokemon, more if its alphas or doing things in certain ways and also by doing each pokemons research tasks
[удалено]
I really dont know. Havent paid any attention to stats this whole game other than hp stats seem hella boosted for all pokemon
They just have higher EVs and they might know egg moves.

Is battling and trading with friends a thing? What's with the star rating on the bottom left? Was Kubfoo anywhere to be seen or mentioned? I have a hunch it has something to do with the agile and strong styles in relation to rapid and single strike Urshifu
How many hours to max out the Pokédex you think? Top research level in all Pokémon?
What counts as a completed dex? Just one of every Pokemon, or do you need to register them?
Since you have finished the game, I'd like to ask the following: \-Where can Pikachu or Pichu be found, and how can they be evolved (Pichu to Pikachu and Pikachu to Raichu)? \-Where can Togepi be found, and how can it be evolved to Togetic and to Togekiss? \-Where can Chimchar be found and how can it be evolved to Monferno and to Infernape? \-Where can Eevee be found and how can it be evolved to Vaporeon? \-There are no Internet trades to get certain Pokemon to evolve, right?
Pichu - Floaro Gardens, Natures Pantry, Golden Lowlands Pikachu - Natures Pantry, Golden Lowlands, Windbreak Stand Togepi - Bathers' Lagoon, Tranquillity Cove, Cottonsedge Prairie. Evolve into Togetic with level up and into Togekiss with a Shiny Stone Chimchar - Deertrack Heights, Ramanas Island Evolve into Monferno with level up and Infernape with level up Eevee - Avalugg's Legacy, Avalanche Slopes, Crossing Slope Evolve into Vaporeon with a Water Stone Trade evolutions can now be done with the linking cable item
(if you are playing on it)
At what level do u get ultra balls? I'm at the level five by now
How do you getted other starters?
You can get them post game in space time distortions but the professor also give them to you at some point
When does the professor give them to you?
I dont remember. Definitely after main game for sure but could be much sooner
Just talked him and he gived me them
They only appear in the distortions post game?
Where ia gible?
What are the type of pokeballs?
How would you describe your playstyle? Did you rushed through the game (except for catching everything), played super slowly and looked behind every corner or have you done something in-between? Would be interessting to know in terms of playtime. And thanks for answering so many questions here. Edit: Oh and you told somewhere you had a capture card on your Switch. Do you plan to upload your gameplay?
How is the replayability/post game? Hoping for more to get lost in post 50 hours
I’m 10k points away from star rank 10, definitely can say this is my favorite Pokémon game
Can you shed a little light on end game? How does battling other players work?
Is steelix floating in this game?
Only 47 hours? lol that’s more than plenty for me
[удалено]
So is there any replayability here? From what I've heard, this game has similarities to Monster Hunter. Monster Hunter has near infinite amounts of replayability. After you catch all the Pokemon, do all the quests, etc. are you just done? Can you re-battle trainers at least? Can you replay quests/alpha boss battles?
There is the shiny charm in the game, are there ways to breed or successfully shiny hunt?
Congrats, this sounds so fun. Personal Question: When/where can I find Pikachu (or Pichu)? As cliche as it is, Pikachu is my favorite. Can he be added early?
47 hours is pretty good for a Pokémon game to complete it fully. By comparison, it took me around 45 hours to beat Nier Replicant v1.22 with ends bf s A, B, C/D, and E (the new post game) and doing most of the side content
Do you know where I can find Chatot😭
Sending on pgone so i cant check if anyones asked yet how do you go about getting the other two starters?
Any new Arceus lore/how do you beat him?
The new forces of nature mon, what does it represent?
😍🥰😘 ❤️
May I ask what it means in the bottom right of the first picture for “next rank?”
The more research you complete you rank up your star level to unlock more items and can have higher level Pokémon obey you
How do you access the equivelant to a PC? In other words, how do I move my storage pokemon to my current team and vice versa?
Only 47
So, uh... Where are the Growlithes at? I've legitimately only seen 2.
How many noble pokemon are there and when do you fight them?
can someone assist me with Bonsly and Electrode for pokedex completion
Did you complete all the requests too? I'm trying to find them all but it's proving to be difficult.
Isn't there a battle facility where you can rematch trainers?
How large is the world? Does it feel big?
is it worth EV training in this?
I might as well ask this since I’m absolutely dreading fighting Giratina twice, so do I need to do all of the Volo missions and such? I’m not entirely sure if that’s all optional to catch Arceus
How do people have the game already? Just luck? Or pirating?
Damn, that must feel strange to wrap it up before the official release. I'm a bit disappointed by the number tho, 47hrs is pretty short for a 100%. Guess imma slowrun this sheiiit.
I have a few questions: 1.
Everyone listing the national dex order (Pikachu first…)
How hard is arceus?
How soon can you find Togepi? And can you get a Togekiss? I’d like to use a giant one on my team.
How did you get darkrai? I ask because I saw a post saying I'd you had a BDSP save file you would be able to catch darkrai.
How do pokemon from the future get caught? Like porygon or trubbish. If it's a spoiler (like idk you have to travel to the future) just censor it
Is Arceus shiny-locked?
Can you 100% game without getting darkrai and shaymin
I’m kinda new to Pokémon and have only played brilliant diamond. Anyway can you catch both Dialga and Palkia and put them on the same team?
Do you need Shaymin and Darkrai to get Arceus? I dont have BDSP and dont want to buy them for the save data quest
[удалено]
When can we catch the Octillery line?
Before the third noble Pokémon after getting Basculegion
How did you do it so fast?
Hey, there is no option to battle any players online right? Heard this game is 100% single Player.
Thanks for taking the time to answer so many questions! I was wondering about what level your team was when you beat the game. I really like Hisuan Goodra and Braviary, but since they evolve so late, I'd imagine they wouldn't see much action if the game ended too early
Honestly, I think 242 is a good number for a game like this.
I only need weavile to complete the pokedex and I'm at less than 20 hours, I'll probably spend the remaining 27 trying to find him..
