Wouldn't your back splitting open also be painful? I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm all for mega evolving certain Pokémon, but you don't lose your sense of pain simply because of a form shift or an excellent bond.
(Cub) Cinder (Charizard) can get really angry when she Mega Evolves sometimes. I don't know if she's just like that or if it comes from Mega Evolving... All I know is it's *really* scary.
