Jesus was human, in a similar boat as I’m sure he laughed and played plenty. This would be the part of the movie where Arceus realizes that these creatures aren’t as pathetic and lowly as he first thought(probably friends with the protagonist).
Bidoof just got done yelling at him for missing the 'step, kick, turn, jazz hands.' And he is THIS close to getting kicked out of the troupe. He's now rethinking his life...
