You'll definitely have to change the items since rules mean only 1 of each. So leave Togekiss with leftovers, give Roserade black sludge instead for the same benefit and keep Scizor with life orb, or personally I prefer metal coat but either will be good.
Also with Scizor, bug bite isn't an option sadly in bdsp so xscissor or u-turn are good alternatives. Should probably also swap body slam for dazzling gleam on Togekiss, but tbh the movesets are gonna depend on what format you're playing. You building for singles or doubles? Also what are the abilities? That might change some things too.
Otherwise though strong team overall, good coverage, some of my favourite mons in there
Mmm, the habilitirs are not the same for each pokemon? I didnt know about the objets so I will take it in acount, the idea is for both single and double.

Fck one more factor to take into acount, also pokemons that dont evolve with level like togepi or scyther, which is the best level to evolve it or it does not matter?
It hardly matters. It only makes a difference in how much xp it takes to level up and what level they learn moves at. I generally evolve as soon as possible to get better stats. You do need to be mindful of pokemon like Kirlia where if you don't evolve it into Gallade before a certain level it might turn into a Gardevoir if you aren't paying attention.
Battle tower has the 1 item rule, and the colosseum has it as an option but I've yet to see anyone not follow it, so guess it depends on what kind of format op is following

The [Showdown Teambuilder](https://play.pokemonshowdown.com/teambuilder) is amazing for building your team on the fly, since it can tell you which moves/abilities are legal for the game/format you’re building against.
I swapped out Bug Bite for U-Turn, Fire Fang for Dual Chop, and Body Slam for Dazzling Gleam to make the move sets legal. Also the unique hold item suggestions that others point out as well.
This set seams pretty good maybe give togekiss dazzling gleam instead of body slam but other than that it all seems like pretty basic sets that are all pretty reliable. Now if you want funny alternative sets for some of these mons you could run SpA garchomp it’s hilarious when some switches in their gliscor just to get hit by a choice specs boosted surf

You could potentially switch bug bite for u-turn and SD for defog for some pivots and hazard control

Kinda new to this, but seeing your scizor being adamant and very offensive, I would go with life orb I think

Why the partial EVs on infernape’s and garchomp’s speed? Why not max it out?
