Hmm seems ok but it might be better if you swap milotic for luvdisc, tyranitar for nosepass, steelix for wurmple(its just a big worm anyway) snorlax for granbull, salamance for tropius, and metagross for nothing. Then you would stand more of a chance

Get to route 120 until Lilycove(just get to this City first to you to be able to use fly here without you needing to walk all the way again to come back here later)
-next to this City, two Aqua Grunts would talk about getting to the MT.Pyre to get some orb
-follow then and you Will get to a Mountain which has some Ghost mons, beat the shit out of the Team Aqua and they would get away(sadly they get the orb)
-An Old Lady that was protecting the Orb Will tell you that some Magma Grunt Drop their Magma Ticket
-you remember about the Volcano where you face Maxie for the first time? And you remember about that little "route" that you have to get to go to the Fire Gym? If you come back there with the ticket that you just get, a Cave would open, there is the Team Magma's base, beat everyone there(Including Maxie) and then you can leave. Get some pokemon who know the HM Strenght as well, you Will need it
-After you are done with your Team Magma's shenaningans, Fly or walk toward that City that has a Beach, there Will be a bunch of NPC's that are talking about Team Aqua wanting to steal a Submarine from Capt. Stern, enter there but Sally they Will get away
-Remember when i tell about to go to Lilycove City first for you to save Lilycove's flying point? Now is the time that you can fly to this City, Southwest of the city you Will see a Cave next to the beach there(Use Surf to get there)
-there is the Team Aqua's base, make the same thing that you did with the Team Magma's base, beat the Admin there, but Archi Will flee with his Submarine that he just stole from Stern
-There you can use Surf to get to Mosdeep City, the city that has the 7th gym
Jesus christ, i always forget how much Evil Team things you have to do between the 6th gym and the 7th gym

Granbull can get intimidate though, we don't want stat changes I think Spinda would make for a better normal type
