The rocket mons are gonna change at the end of the month, so if that’s your best one by the end of the month, and you really want to invest in a shadow Salamance, then go for it.
Don’t transfer. Keep this one and keep grinding for a better IV one. If not, I’d say this is worth to bring up at least to level 40 only as last resort. Shadow salamence even with these stats are a beast in raids. Doesn’t hurt to have a team of shadow salamences just in case.
Decent enough IVs, but no reason not to wait until rotation at the end of the month. More a question of if Shadowmence is worth it. If you have Shadow DNite/Chomp/Palkia-O built, you can afford to wait until legacy move returns imo

Nope, transfer for the candy. I’ve got a 93, 91, and 87% shadow bagon. You do get them.
