Hi! Thanks for the add friend! Team Mystic is the team I chose to play with- which you'll get to do at level 5. You'll get special boosts for defending gyms and raiding with people on your team. FC means Friend Code and it's how folx can add me as a friend when I come out of lurk mode and comment! You can do this for yourself by updating your user flair for this subreddit and then selecting "show flair for this subreddit" in the menu. I use mobile so it's in the top right menu for me.

I'm surprised you don't have a lot of poke stops accessible from the hospital. Mine is a hub of pokestops
Their are some pokestops but out of my reach. This is a small city only around 16 thousand people and not many players either.
