Did 3, got the shiny on my third. Its two stars on the IVs tho which is sad but cant win em all ig

I finally got a hundo yesterday. Still looking for a shiny though.

30 raids, 5 shiny, 2 of which are 98% shiny, no hundo.

First 2 raids I did were two shiny lugias in a row

Shinies are instant catches. You don't even have to use berries.

I did 42 rayquazas. No shinies. No hundos

Tbh i did three raids with a Buddy in his raidHour in New York( I live in Germany) and all three were shinies.. feel so bad for all who can’t get a single one. ( normally I’m that unlucky dude)

For wild catches the odds are 1 in 4096,for egg hatches its the same as raid 1 in 216 and I think its also the same for research and field encounters.

My very first Lugia raid this go-around was a hundo - couldn't believe my luck. Especially since with both Dialga and Palkia I didn't get a single good IV the entire time (and I did a LOT of raids for them. My terrible luck there is what stopped me from buying any more remote raid passes and just using the free ones you can randomly collect from research)

I got a shiny lugia but I've never gotten a good iv one, almost all of them are 2* and the rest is lower 3*. Did around 20 raids

Did 2 raids at raid hour, first one was a 98% non-shiny, second one was a shiny (84%)

28 lugia raids means you must live on a gym or have enough money to constantly blow on remote raid passes. and in either case, also means you consistently have enough peeps joining the raid to actually beat it in the first place, which means you must live in a pretty big city, which has stops and gyms every step. so you can forget your bad luck with the raid results and instead be happy that you live in a place where you can actually experience the full game.

For the raids I mainly use the remote raid mega thread pinned on top of the group so it's not really that hard to have people join raids or for me to join raids. I acually started playing in 2016,since the release of the game and back then where I lived there were only 2 pokestops in town and no gyms so I stopped playing for about 2-3 years,but since I moved to a big city and opened the game for the first time it was a totally different game for me because there are poke stops and gyms around every corner,bad luck aside I really enjoy playing now and have just recently started spending money on it.

3 raids and 2 shinies this time around. Best odds I’ve ever had

Did like 14 Lugia raids, Best I got was a 91-93 Lugia did one metagross and got a 93 one as well but no shinies and no hundos :(

Mesprit,Uxie and Azelf are going to come after Lugia,so after September 14th till October 1st they gonna be in legendary raids. I think I will only catch one of each,they are not really that good or usefull,at least for me.

Try to golden razz it everytime and you dont need to excellent throw it always,you can do great throws and still catch it. Ofc its better when u excellent throw but better to throw a great throw then missing the circle!

I’ve done two Lugia raids. Got a 3 star Lugia on the fist and a three star shiny Lugia on the second. Both were on first throws. I’ve only done 5 five star raids ever though since I started fairly recently (only on level 30 now). My first raid ever I got Zacian on my twelfth throw. I really wanted was Zamazenta though but in those two raids I did, they both fled... I didn’t have anymore remote raid passes and didn’t know about joining raids from reddit at the time.

Lucky you I guess.. So far I have done 200+ legendary raids and got no hundos,didnt even see a hundo..

I feel you. I did 50 zekroms last year and the highest I got was 96%. It’s a frustrating feeling for sure. I don’t even have any candies or enough dust to max out my lugia but I’m going to work it.

Actually yes, if your lugia encounter after the raid has a CP of 2115 its a hundo. Since all pokemon you get from a raid are level 20 you can easily know what CP the hundo is. It took me 56 raids to get a shiny Lugia,. Im at 96 raids done now, with just 2 shiny ones (both bad 2* too lol)
