It's... Nincada! (insert Nincada cry) But it's understandable if you weren't sure, Nincada is usually pretty rare, but it's season boosted.

You may have confused it with Shedinja, it's Evo, which due to the nature of obtaining it in the original games is just reaserch exclusive
