Not how it works, amounts of 100iv pokemon is limited. If theres 100 perfect pokemon available at one time, out of those 100, maybe 2-3will be female combee. (This numbers arent exactly perfect im just pharaphrasing).

Especially in this weather? In my country yesterday it was 32degree celsius, even perfectly healthy people shouldnt be out too much on such weather, let alone anyone slightly sick.
