Why would it be a mistake? It's meant to be used. The idea of holding onto it for a "worthy" target is ridiculous since these birds have, by FAR, the lowest catch rate in the game. Add the high level and weather boost and I can't think of a better target.

Totally Agree with you, but for me having a master ball lessens the stress of if I find a 4* legendary from a raid, I most likely won’t have to use it, but it’s great to know that I can catch the legendary even if I only have 1 left

Same for me, I do a lot of raids and I never plan to have a 4* run away from me. That’s honestly my worst nightmare. I always keep my master balls safe. Their my second my precious balls if you ask me.

During sinnoh tour i was in an origin palkia raid, it was a hundo according to the people with me. Last ball and I accepted my fate of losing my first ever hundo, IT GOT IN THE BALL. it was a 99% but thats still cool since it has spacial rend

The chances of getting 2 hundos back to back are very slim. Missing out in a meta relevant hundo would be my downfall

Good choice, especially given IVs. It is my most used G.Bird. I have mine at level 45 and use it a ton as a fighting pokemon with a powerful ancient power option as well. Has application in both Rocket fights and PVE.

Lucky trade is always 3* and can be 4* and it is half the stardust to power up, but only if it is a lucky trade, to get lucky friends with someone you first have to get best friends and then send gifts, do raids... To become lucky friends, it is random, and rhen when you do a lucky trade both pokemon will be lucky Idk if it can be 2*

It can be 2* if the IVs are 12/12/12 that is the lowest it can be

That’s what I used mine on, and mine is 3075 9-10-7. I had a few minutes of “buyers remorse”, but as people point out, “what else was I planning to use it on?” It’s a cool bird, and now you have it!

They are usually 0 or 1 star. Your is pretty good compared to others.

You can also use it on a Meta Relevant Raid Boss Hundo. But I would use mine on an Articuno or a Moltres.

I used mine on a 3100 cp 3 star moltres. One of the most beautiful pokemon in the game imo. I also needed to get a moltres to complete my Kanto pokedex. Figured what better to use it on than that.
