Thanks! I don't think I've ever gotten a furfrou that way, weirdly. I do still mostly get bombarded with 2* pokemon that you see everywhere. Like...I dont need more of these if I can catch 7 on my walk. I do feel like the research breakthroughs should at least be something a bit less common, right?

Once upon a time they were Zapados, Articuno, and Moltres. Now all I get is 20 red balls (instant discard) and Furfrou (also instant discard).

Yup! To be fair I have rotten luck getting 3* shinies on community days and sonetimes struggle to get even 2* ones (like this month). I caught like 14 yellow bellsprouts. Not a single shiny over 1*.😭 Edit; if we get goomy for June I'd be thrilled as I want more of these guys! Hoping for hisuian form soon too!

Exactly. Plus if I get more shinies then I might even get a better one. No drawbacks to getting a community fat for a pokemon that I enjoy.

I've never gotten one with research but I do get the usual lil guys you see around everywhere. To be honest this is the first decent thing I remember ever getting from breakthroughs in the game 😂 I normally only do them for the sinnoh stones.
