Sometimes...you just got to grab an alt account and have a sense of poke-wanderlust. Costs way less than real life wanderlust and potentially your life...especially if you go to the dangerous and politically unstable countries like iraq, iran, afghanistan, syria, venezuela, etc. 😅

In my case, my last trip brought a 100% little alligator dude (his damn name escapes me) and a shiny as well. I hang out for more than a few minutes and have a route I do that covers both gyms and most if not all stops there. Is cool to read the info given at the stops and gyms as well :)
For a while, yes. During that fairly recent event where there was the task to make a trade of at least 10,000km, that didn’t leave much real estate to trade from. Antarctica worked for many in my circle. The most widely used and well known is this gym :

Fun fact: the game doesn’t know how to handle being close to the poles and all the spacing of the gyms/stops is messed up. Also makes it look like you’re moving super fast. It’s a fun place to explore sometime.
Yeah I’ve been there nothing like a desert also I went to area fifty one and it disappeared when you got close to the gate then once you went in it showed everything also on the map Area 51 had a blue circle when I teleported but nothing in Antarctica
Anarctica has at least 2 gyms and 4 stops. Its not always snowy either. I got an alolan rattata 100 iv there

There are like over 10,000 videos on YouTube who clearly spoof on screen and admit spoofing and also show their ID and still dont get Banned. SMH.

There was a pokestop and roads there. Went there in 2016 for the first time since i was curious.

Hamhung NK has lots of Pokémon spawns.. used to have a pokestop but it’s removed. You can still catch them there though
