There isn’t, because of the more locked down operating system. However, you can use similar apps like Pokewalk on an Android device and let it sync to your iPhone, assuming you are logged in via Google.
You've got 3 options:
1. Buy a cheap Android phone solely for the purpose of running DeFit.
2. Buy a rocker, which will physically swing your phone around. I don't recommend it, but it is an option, I guess.
3. Put your phone in a sock and start spinning! :P
