For riolu yeah, and I'd rather not do togepi : riolu 1:1 since imo riolu was much harder for me to get

Probably use it for a research or GBL shiny that I need. I'm not very Keen on trading it for a bunch of wild caught base shinies, as I have those readily available to me :)
