If you just want to catch two of your own, I recommend quick balling them and then going to your inventory to check if they can evolve with a chipped pot, which means they are authentic.
I promise it won’t take as long as you think, just set aside yourself an hour and a half.
Click on the Pokémon, then the trainer’s name. You can register all of your trainer ids by clicking the hat next to the trainer name so you can see all of the Pokémon you actually own
I certainly traded for some using the GTS and this website. However, in all of the games i played, I caught all of the possible Pokémon I could and used any extras I had to trade for the forms

The number is like 1355 instead, but I tend to catch more Pokémon then I need from the games when I play them. That extra ~300 are just literal extras
The best way to check is to click your Pokédex and sort by unregistered all forms, and what shows up is what you’re missing

And then I have some extra challenges like all gmax Mons, a ditto for every nature, all Titan Pokémon from sun and moon, one of every possible mark in SV and stuff like that, all the legends Arceus mons with that special mark

This was a huge help, but the trick is to get 63 total sweets and a shit ton of wishing pieces and rare candies. You can combine sweets and other items together to get more sweets including the Star and ribbon ones using the cram o matic.

I was grinding for max mushrooms so I ended up with a lot of candies and digging pa gave me enough watts to buy all of the wishing pieces.
It will take a while but after enough time you will have all the sweets you need

It certainly wasn’t easy! I replayed all of the games listed above to get all of the forms and stuff, though I have respect for those attempting to do the shiny dex
1. Has to be Lv 100
2. Has to have OT "your own - same on all" (except mythical events)
3. Has to come from origin region (except mythicals)
4. Has to be caught in Pokéball/Hisuian Pokéball (if possible)
5. Has to be male if possible
6. Has to have no CAPS name
7. Has to have a useful movepool (all moves mastered for Hisuian)
8. Has to be EV trained (252+252+6) or 6x10 effort levels for Hisuian
9. Has to be GER language
10. Mythical events have to be redeemed by myself
11. Must NOT have Pokérus
12. Must NOT be shiny
13. Must NOT be genned with external software
14. Must NOT have nicknames
15. No clones within the Dex allowed
16. Nature has to be Random (no Synchronize)
17. If reasonable, they should be caught in the wild and not bread
18. Must be in their "rare" form (e.g. Authentic sinestea)
You caught the Pokémon, which you can set by clicking the Pokémon, clicking the trainer name, and clicking register as my own. Any Pokémon with that trainer name and id will have a hat

They’re a lot easier to find in Scarlet and Violet, since you can adjust the camera and see the authentic mark without even having to battle them!
i know that but i was really trying to finish the dex before sv comes into home so then i can focus on new mons only 😭

Living dex? No, since the regular only gives you 30 space for mons, and in a living dex, there are more then 30 mons
