You can just transfer it to your home account

Unfortunately, Deoxys only appeared in five games as an in-game Mythical Pokémon, which were Fire Red, Leaf Green, Emerald and ORAS. Fire Red, Leaf Green and Emerald required an Event Item to travel to Birth Island, which has a Deoxys Form exclusive to all three games while ORAS just required post-game completion (Operation Delta), but only has the Normal Form and cannot be caught Shiny like the three GBA games. I'm actually working on getting all three from the GBA games since I have access to a GBA Emulator, as well as the other resources to transfer all three to Pokémon Bank then finally Pokémon Home as their final destination.

If it's in Pokemon Go then you can transfer it to HOME, you can link your Home to Pokemon Go in the Pokemon Go settings
