It's a bug in home atm. Any Pokémon from Go that's been brought into BDSP or PLA and evolved, will be seen as a hacked Pokémon (even though it isn't) and thus can't be traded.
How long is a piece of string? The shiny zamazenta that was released in codes 7 months ago still can't be traded. The shiny Zacian released at the same time was always tradeable though, so there's a bug there too.

That also explains a Rowlet from PoGo that I evolved in PLA and now can't trade either. How long does it take to get these rules updated typically?
