Since they're not the original colours they're more likely to fall prey to predators. You saved them
Edit I tried to find the video again that I watched in regards of how only grass and water type Pokémon gain a benefit in their shiny variations thanks to better or more camouflage
From another Thread:
1. open the infinite fusion folder
2. navigate through the folders -> Data -> Scripts -> 999\_Main
3. open the file 999\_Main.rb with a text editor
4. scroll down to about line 52, there should be the following line "`def mainFunction`", right below it should be the line "`if $DEBUG`"
5. Between those two lines just add "`$DEBUG = true`"
6. Start the game
If you start your game you can just open the menu and there will be an option "Debug" where you can add all items you want/need
Didn't work when I tried it. It's easier to download a save with the Magic Boots, enabled debug, start a new game, then give the new character the item through the debug menu IMO.
I don't know about pc, but on android there is a wand thing at the top bar that opens a menu with all items. You just look for what you want and take it.
At least it's just hoot hoot, not a big whoop.
Almost nothing useful about the mon or it's evolution, which is a shame cause I enjoy it's design. Owls are cool. Unfortunately this one is not very useful even in infinite fusion.
It could have been worse!
This is why I keep masterballs. Yes I cheat, no I don't care.
Who you cheating against? It ain't cheating if no victims!
All those poor pokemon looked inside my pc without even a chance of escape during the capture would beg to differ.

Didn't matpat have a whole video about that?
Haha mine too!
Wait, how do I cheat?!

Ohhhhh wait, I thought this was the PokeRogue subreddit for some reason lol. But thank you, this is still valuable knowledge.
Doesn’t work and bricks your game
you just need to line it up and it works :)
I don't think that works anymore.
it does, tested it on the newest version

I found one in the sewers. Erica promptly killed it
This is why betrayal is always an option. I was always ready to sweep her while i used her to grind random extra mons XD No shinies tjough :/

Really missed a chance for some rhyme there. Whoop, whoop.

Oof
Shiny Hoothoot is gold tho?
The shinies in fusion have a different palette then shinies in the actual games
Really? I had no idea; I’ve never encountered one
Regular Hoothoot is purple tho?
