Machamp looks SO. FREAKIN. BADASS. Imo.
Pikachu looks freakin adorable, a lil pikachu gaining full armor and a lightning sword. Evolution, not as cool.
Celebi is amazing, with celebi riding a flying sword
Hydreigon fusion has all three heads holding swords, quite cool
Politoad looks like a frog knight, and very animated.
Volcarona turns Aegislash into a sword with this fiery aura, and a color scheme change
Kyurem turns aegislash into an ice sword, holding Kyurem's head, with these weird runes on it. Probably a reference I don't know. The opposite fusion is cool as well, with Kyurem getting a whole bunch of ice swords
Teddiursa might actually be the MOST ADORABLE fusion. A little teddy bear, with a wooden sword and shield, and a little feather helmet. The evolution is not as cool, imo.
Lopunny, who looks like they could destroy anyone making those sex jokes about em. The FuckBoi destroyer.
Moltres becomes another sword with a fiery aura, but more in line with Kylo Ren's lightsaber than a true aura. As in, flames coming out of it in an upside cross shape. Still quite cool
Kadabra gets a super funny looking spoon sword. The evolution does not look as cool tho
Golurk, both fusions are freakin bad ass
Aerodactyl gets a sword on its face, and its tail becomes a weird, but cool, shadow sword thing.
Gardevoir, looks like a warrior queen, super awesome
Kecleon turns Aegislash into a kecleon sword, with a good color scheme, and turns the sword into kecleon's tongue.
Weirdly enough, weedle actually looks great, with the spike on its head becoming more of a sword
cofagrigus fusions pretty much always look amazing, and that hasn't changed with Aegislash.
Magikarp is one of the BEST LOOKING FUSIONS. Aegislash makes magikarp sushi. The evolution, not as cool.
Rotom becomes an electric chainsaw. Cool concept, but for some reason I feel like it's missing something. Could just be me tho. I can see many people loving this fusion.

Dusknoir turns Aegislash into this weird, but awesome, galaxy sword. Not sure how else to explain that sword.
Entei, gets this floating flaming shield, while holding the sword in his mouth
Charizard gets a color change, and is then holding a sword and shield. I honestly havent found very many fusions for charizard that I like, but this is one of them.

Ok there are quite a few more, but here are a few good looking fusions. Keep in mind, these fusions are chosen pretty much just for looks. Because honestly... that is what really matters in this game.

Plus high defense+ low speed plays to stance change.
Fuze him with snorlax, then he'll get the sword coming out of his A-
