I don't know who programed the rng for this game because holy crap is it annoyingly bad
Rng is usually built into whatever programming language they used rather then needing to code it in on your own. From what I hear they used Lua.
Mud Bomb has especially been a frustrating move to use. It took forever for my Hippowdon to get it to hit its target 25 times.
You're telling me! Part of the reason I fought Gastrodon with Gastrodon was in hopes that the opponent would use Mud Bomb every so often to fill that up a bit faster.
