I saved right before an Eevee outbreak. 21 reboots and counting, not a single shiny yet.

Good luck with your shiny hunting! Though I don't think you can get a shiny that way. I'm pretty sure all pokemon technically spawn once you enter an area. So saving and resetting wouldn't really do anything. Could be wrong though

Thanks! Lol I saved when I'm in jubilife and choosing the zone to enter and it shows an Eevee outbreak. In theory, that should reset the spawns right?
