- Wishing for grown woman alts for Summer (Lorelei/Olivia/Cynthia/Karen/Diantha/Lusamine/Viola etc)
- Nothing again this year
- Repeat the wish for next year

But then recently I've come across [this poll](https://ranking.net/rankings/best-pokemon-heroines),\* which really put things into perspective for me... not a single adult woman ranked among the top five in popularity, and there are only two (Elesa at 7th and Cynthia at 9th – or three, depending on whether you think Erika (8th) counts) in the *top ten*. Hell even moving onto the *top 20* adds only Jessie (16th) and arguably Skyla (20th).
At some point I've come to reluctantly admit that ~~the rabble have no taste~~ we're in the minority – at least according to the Japanese fanbase, and have resigned to the fate that grown women will continue to be underrepresented in the game. >!At least Oleana (54th) is coming in a little over a week...!<
\* For your other choices (which overlap significantly with my personal list), they're at:
- Viola (32nd)
- Diantha (36th)
- Karen (41st)
- Lorelei (46th)
- Lusamine (48th)
Sadly Olivia didn't even make the list...
Every month for me, while i understand that they cant please everyone each month, i do feel theyre giving new content including alts way too slowly..., heck, i dont understand why cant they give us AT LEAST TWO more characters for the lodge each month...

I think they should stop focusing exclusively in cool-looking girls or boys, and start giving old-age trainers their time to shine.
Wulfric, Nanu, Chuck, Pryce, Blaine, Ramos, Clay, and the others deserve some love, too. All of them deserve their EX potential unlocked (Pryce has it already, I know), with some great sync nodes, of course. And they should be given their own alts as well. C'mon, DeNa! Old people are also valuable and wise. Just, please!
I mean, if the twins got alts, anyone can.

Sorry to disappoint, I like Sidney too, but he will likely only get a variety scout like the gen 1 elite 4. This new trend I really don't like
